A small ripple in a vast river body, that would strike up no particular conversation.
Perhaps it was just a figure of your imagination

& tell me, does life ever really change?
When we get turned around
& swept up in all the fast-paced daily moments- blind.
Everything's the same baby,
just rearranged
a maze of moving staircases,
every soul climbing towards
the light
dangled dauntingly
above their heads

But tell me if you're all so afraid to die, why do you work yourselves to death?
Does money fill the gaps of time spent apart?
Do possessions talk for the conversations we could never start?
But please don't be alarmed,
I stitch my own seams on this broken heart
You see they're not pretty
to the sight or touch
But scar tissue never bothered me much

Just promise me,
you'll tell me if I'm never enough
I'll crumble this weary heart in an eyeblink
and form another from its dust.
I won't heart-broken or crushed
The shell of the figure
I used to be grew
a skin mighty tough.
I can be anywhere you want me to be
and nowhere at all
I can be your first priority
or the last one you call.
As long as you
Tell me
You love me
Baby,
I wont be sorry

face first, I fall

*I'm really lovely, underneath it all
Its been a year today since she died
Ive got a lot on my mind
Scatttered here there. Everywhere

somehow stupidity
slithers so slowly
showing ****
smiling so sweetly
sometimes
slapping-em senseless
strengthens
smiling snakes
I made up this crazy "Tongue Twister"
Can you say it 5 times fast?... lol

So here I lay
In the dark dark dark
Even if the sun is still raising
In the end
It's dark dark dark
My eyes are open
The sky is bright
I can see
I can breathe
  Inhale
     Exhale
Live and be
And yet
It's still dark dark dark
Not much seems to make sense
Right now
Even though I still remember me
Language is hurting my head
Words are poisoning my life
For when I think of them
All I can see is them
People I know and people I don't
Lives I have and the ones I don't
I see me
I see me not
I see me
I see who I am not
How I should be
And who I am being right now
And it's all dark dark dark

Voices are people
And people are me
Are you crazy yet
Am I insane already
Voices can see too
Even if they have no face
Voices are nameless too
Since they don't exist anyway
What to say
Else or same
Self or made
Words are us too
But people are worldless here
Ay, why is your face blurry dear
Why can't I remember you
Come a little bit closer
Come sit next to me
Talk so I can hear
Speak so I can know
Who you are
Who you've been
Senseless, like I am
I'll keep your secrets
Deep within

Tonight I watched the sun melt
fall into the sea and wash away
the beauty in the sky
meant nothing to me

I was tired
of so many painful hours
of dark days
watery eyes
and tear stained cheeks

This unwelcome story
how will it end?
And where is the memory
of when it began?

What day was it
when everything changed?
When the right to be cheerful
was no longer granted

When the morning comes
the dark will be present still
as dark as the days before
senseless moments
playing games within
jumbled
mixed up
spinning in slow backward circles
as my mind trips lightly over itself
again and again
over and over
and all before me there is
nothing

I will run as fast as I can
because it's all I know
my familiar friend
my hideous buddy
my mocking dark day pal

I’ll run until my breath is extinguished
outsmarting my chasing dragon
of shadows
decades past
of the deepest black night

Nothing follows me
but still I run
to find freedom
to dig for gold
from under the elusive rainbows

But always
I run alone
just me running from I

Drained
hollow
numb
a plain empty jar

It’s time to lay down my fears
leave my senses to rest
I’ve run too much
too long
too hard

Time to tell the dragon
his time is up
acknowledge the empty space
that lingers behind me
and be grateful for being alone

I will sit and wait for the sun
revel in the beauty of the sky
resurrect those things
that have long been dead to me

Wait for the light inside
for the radiance to be felt
to be seen
be understood
and once again become my friend

Slow
but sure
I return to myself
Written about my depression, many years ago (younger days!)  Happy to say I've been free of it for a long time now.  If you want to read what I said about it you can read more here --> http://wordmusing.wordpress.com/2013/04/27/return-to-myself/
He said, "Right now I'm gonna cut you into pieces."
He put my mother in a bag,
While my father was still sleeping.

The crosses and flags lay on the floor
The crosses and flags lay on the floor
The crosses and flags lay on the floor
The crosses and flags lay on the floor

My tears oh how they bleed mercy,
And I can't seem to find any of my sisters.

"Before this day, I never knew hatred...."
Were the last words of my grand mother,
She was too sweet for human hunger.

A photograph
pries a velvet kaleidoscope
from living

like flesh parting bone
ripped and torn
by the ravenous jaws of a great lioness

it snaps a fluid stream
with no beginning
no end

it chops to a point
which cannot flutter
because it has no wings

it is only an end
less than ephemeral
meaningless

I hear them all laugh
in front of me,
for this that I am.
Is it possible
that I could be so unsure of myself?
Though I am not really there,
I see everything.
Immersed in profound water ,
I feel everything.
And I can't change nothing.
I wait someone to get me out of the water
telling me:
"It was just a bad dream,"-
but who ever comes ,enjoys my sorrow
and joins the crowd
And than I see ,
a girl stare at me.
She looks exactly as me .
Staring she smiles with purity
and says to me:
"Listen.
Listen to the birds sing.
Its indeed a beautiful morning. "
At that very moment I feel
instead of my heart , I have ice.
Ice that is only kept frozen by staying in that water.
And I can do nothing.
