We try to live out of constant flux.
A flat-lined life where every moment
of every day is good... and that's good.

Yesterday the wind blew,
in fury of nothing.
It just blew, and
things fell down.

Yesterday it rained,
in torment of nothing.
It just rained, and
things got wet.

But today what yesterday was,
is but a gentle breeze on cloudless day.
Mother Nature too has her moments,
and things are still again.
Really still.

What hide behinds, that ******* cloud?
Listen, real close..Shhh!!!

BOOM!!  Nice and loud!!!!

Flashes of light,
ballet across the sky.
Pulsating surges
electrify the night.

The mother is mad,
in all of her glory,
vengeance is amongst us,
hell hath no fury.

The rains subside,
damage is done.
No rainbows to see,
where is the sun?

You may not be able
to see the first signs of fall because
it shows up the same way
as love does
you feel it first
Over night suddenly everything
is somehow,
Different
As if Mother Nature and us
are connected
we are find ourselves changing
with the seasons
And as the nights grow
colder
the happier I will feel
There is a cool breeze coming in from the fan in my window and I am a little heartbroken tonight
I believe the whole world is crying
From the trash, population, killing  and violence
People killing her babies and wearing it for fashion
Killing her babies and calling it profit

Haiti felt her anger on a 7 point scale
And sometimes that anger washes up on land
The Midwest feels her wrath from February to April
Tossing houses and cars all in the air

The south feels her pains every summer
When she cracks her whips and yells like thunder
The north gets to know her heart
when she freezes over
And
The west may think they have it perfect there
But you can hardly see with all the debris in the air

And here in Texas we get it the worse
cause she keeps us hot ,dry and our land filled with thirst

Some brush it off cause they see a rainbow The birds chrip and the breeze blows
But she's not so different from you and I
Cause don't you smile after a good cry

For some reason I have aged
quicker
than the normal human race would.

I am older than any human alive.
I am older than the trees grounded to earth by their roots
and the purest water that flows in a place no being has ever discovered.
I am older than Christ
I am older than dinosaurs
I am older than earth itself.

But normally when people ask me, I make it simple by thinking up a random number such as
1,300,456
you could say I look
young
for my age, but all I can see when I look in the mirror is
death.
Chalsey Wilder Jul 2014
We never know how fast we're dying
We never know how hard we're crying
You never know how when I lie awake
I think of things that make me quake
We never know how tired father time is
We never know when mother nature's time ends
We never know anything
We never know who someone truly is
We never know anything at all. I wonder such serious things at times. That's what depresses me so deeply.

The hidden box,
beyond the abyss of infinite nature,
marks the beginning of the world spinning around.

A box of myseteries, feelings, sins and wars,
an opening of beauty and chaos
in admist of wondering constellations.

An epitome of a hauntingly beautiful destruction,
a slavery of many hypocritical power-driven successor and lust-filled idiots,
crave for brilliant over-taking of the mind.

Seeking the closing,
is hard.
Souls scattered across the Earth,
Gaia is never at rest.
