I often miss,
the mix of
smoke
and ***
on your tongue.

The way
you smelled,
like smoke
and spice.

And how cute
you looked
in your high state.

You are a misfit,
that fit perfectly
into my heart.

Amongst the multitude of solitudnal whims
I carry within,
Down to you, forgotten.
A youth that's fighting,
refusing to succumb to the delicacies
of an aging core.
The dream of love renewed,
The ambiance of it.
The life of a thousand nights of falling star
wishes and programmed dreams.
A chance within our grasps.
Mirrors.

Desolately has my soul resided in this
phantasmal reality of dull referendum,
misunderstood.
Neglected, rejected, tortured, hurt,
and broken.
I remain hidden.
A cool calm collected exterior.
The world sees me,
or so it thinks.

Hilarious hideousness.
My deceptions so simple.
Smoke and mirrors, magician I am.
Humor the powerful blinding agent
of stares, opinions, and gossip.
I laugh internally as the world judges me.
Forms its superficial egotistical
repressed opinions of me.

Do you..... see me true?
Can you.....will you ever chose to?
Demonic presence ever near, trying to **** me.
Have I fear?.........No, I have no fear!

You don't quite fit and
Things are far from right
We are key and lock mismatched
crushed together in fits of frustration and spite

But it's new
(Trust me) (I have seen next to nothing like you before)
And I've always longed to explore

Stay for a while
And I promise, (I promise), to make the most
of this delinquent delight we've found

Before we've been presented
With our separate open doors

Before we're forced from our little headspace in the clouds

Reflected, in your eyes, I see...
   Imperfections
     Blemishes
       Misery
          Pain
Is that how you see me?
A taTteREd tappestry
    A misfit
Dis-connected
From my motivations and inspirations
   Lonely
    Afraid
       Sad;
These all seem to me to be reflected, you see, in what you see that I see reflected in me.

i am a tumbleweed
i gather dustbunny thoughts and entertain them with a tea party in my living room

i am a scarecrow that doesn't want to be looked at
but the ravens all come
they stare and oggle anyway
making me blush

i am a girl with a huge heart who doesn't want to be loved
because things that are cherished and wanted hurt people more when they break

i prefer being a sock without a match

Day by day

We go unnoticed

Just a face in the crowd,

We are not perfect,

We are flawed ,

We are not worshipped by those beneath us

We are the red paint in this black and white picture

The imperfect perfections....
Pardon me, but is something amusing you?
Must you mock everything I say and do?
Do you treat everyone you pass this badly?
Didn't anyone teach you how to behave properly?

One night, I could've sworn I heard you crying.
And yet you were still effing and blinding.
When in God's name will you mend your ways?
You're driving yourself to an early grave!
Based on a true story. Nothing more to say.

we want to escape,
everyday.
but we are stuck
in an endless cycle.
of youth.

we can't escape it,
as if it will never end.
but one day the world
will be in our hands.

our generation,
of iphones and reputations.
will run the world
but for now,

enjoy what we can
of hell and society.
and we are headed
to better days,
and happy endings...
for those who don't fit in.. for i feel your pain
