Watch your step
When trying to climb
The corporate ladder.

You scratch their back
They just might shoot you
In your's.

I'm so glad you're here
you've given everyone cheer
So I'd just like to say
That you made a difference today

You don't have to be the funniest voice
You don't need to make the most noise
You only have to be near
Because you made a difference here

Showing up shows you care
Even though there's a fare
It's not the same without you
You make a difference, you do

You're different from the rest
You don't have to pass some fancy test
Seeing you improved my day
So you made a difference today

If told you've reached your ceiling,
Take it to mean
It's time to add another story.
The possibilities are always there
But, you must give yourself a chance
Never ever give up hope
Sometimes you must wait for the storm to pass
You just may be on the verge of a breakthrough
Always keep at it and reach for the victory
You must have that strong will
Be the one to manifest your destiny

If a lie lies within flies,
where would it hide and why?

If a man is stan of tan,
why would he not mend?

In a life full of berries,
sometimes we take more of cherries

We chose silence between resilience,
that even nobles defeats from their own science

Here, we stand on our feet,
we carry our belongings,
we cry even if no one wants to listen,
we smile in the belief of life is beauty,
we sleep because life is both strength and health

We think of laughter and sorrow,
the vows,
the future of future generations,
even nature’s life

We have come to an end,
whether we resume to feel love and give love

This all remains,
all the beauty of life,
is in the map of God’s hand,
where we choose to plot good and bad
This poem was part of my final project.
You write the stories accordingly
In order for the little ones to achieve
It gives them the extra motivation
It also gives them the courage to succeed
They are inspired to give it their all
There is that boost in their spirits
A world is being filled with positivity
As they develop their character bit by bit

I am the vast openness of the desert.
Lacking feelings and the smell of dirt.
Seeing nothing of the greater god,
Knowing many a thing, flawed.

I am the canvas of sand.
Void of life, so cruelly bland.
Winds blowing, to and fro
Shifting little, nothing in tow.

I am the endless terrain of the foreign soil.
Life won’t thrive, water will boil.
Making no change within this path,
Waiting for the inevitable wrath.

I am the cool land by the Nile.
List so long, full of denial.
The truth, the expansive horizon
Body and bone equally lies in.

I am the blanket of all.
Lasting forever including those who fall.
Loneliness in time will derail,
Even the strongest in mind but in spirit, frail.

I am the protector of the water.
The sanction of the slaughter
Full of life so desperately needed
Many of who rarely exceeded.

I am a ledger written in red.
Enter and stay, fear your demise.
Sane of the insane, fled
Reach the center and survive,
Make it out alive,
And you will thrive.
Struggles are going to be there
But, they do not have to define you
Let those challenges build strength
In order for you to fight your way through
Nothing is ever going to be simple
You may have to go through an obstacle course
Maintain an upbeat demeanor
And strike with that power source

Breathing thick troublesome air,
Stranded on a platform,
Deep out at sea,
Standing there indefinitely.

Fixated on the horizon,
Waiting for salvation,
In a childlike state,
Envious of seabirds,
Longing for a simpler existence.

Return to your makeshift bed,
Unforgiving whilst trapped in your head,
A life consumed by dread.

Looking out to lonely waters,
Praying for rescue,
Or some form of understanding.
One day you catch your reflection,
Pictured in the burnt blazing water,
Another unsuccessful sunset,
Reveals your answer.

You have to save yourself,
Nobody is coming to save you.
You've got to paddle this platform,
With all your effort and might,
It may take weeks,
Months,
Or even years,
A gruesome struggle lies ahead,
But one day you will reach land.
Changed forever,
But alive.
