The fireflies bloomed an indiscrete love
And we cursed at the shadows
Of an infinite dark.
The good nights remained
In a thought of a kiss.
And we ran
For youth was a liar.
Ryan V Oct 2014
I gaze at the sky and look at a tree,
I look at the world only to see me.
No matter which way I turn my gaze
The world takes on the mood of my days.
The world is a mirror and all that I see
Is just one or another reflection of me.
Every sight to be seen takes on its own guise,
Which takes form beyond our two eyes.
It is true that we see the world how we feel,
So even if they’re different they both are still real.
People are mirrors, yes you and me,
And when two mirrors align it goes to infinity.

over a year since we met
i havent been counting the days because numbers dont matter
happiness cant be measured in millismiles or kilolaughs
we are infinite
all the bad friends we lost < the value of us (infinite)
lonely feelings because of you < the times we had fun (infinite)
dreamless feelings because of you < all our jokes (infinite)
our year is infinite
our following years are infinite
everyone else is just a negative number
and all i can
think right now
is **** them all!!!
i love you

look into my eyes.

let yourself be devoured by

these black holes --

are what will lead you within;

though you may thrash around

in bottomless vacuum,

I assure you, and I hope.

the star-shaded galaxy you find within will be

worth the lack of anything you know

as human.

###

look upon this luscious planet, sanctuary to

these red orbiting crescents.

look upon this pulsing nebula, connected

by neurons of nerve endings.

look upon this beating sun, shining

for cosmic beings like you.

###

fly into the infinite universe within me,

explore me at the speed of sound,

tug at me with strands of stars,

filling us with light.

call me home.

I loved thousands of loves once,
I loved the sun,
the sky,
the rain,
the clouds.
I loved my family.
I loved my pets.
I loved the old couple still in love after fifty years,
I loved the angry driver on the highway who nearly clipped me.
I loved the man on the street asking for help.
   I loved everyone and everything,
Until the world told me it was wrong.
Until they told me it was improper and not right,
    I had thousands of loves,
    and lived without one fight.
   The world broke me down,
the people I loved, (Rightly), shot down my love.
Made it smaller and less like an infinite piece of me.
Everyday I look not for careers, or jobs, or work,
I look for my thousands of loves, and hope one day I'll feel whole again.

Close your eyes.
Simple, but think.
Just start thinking; let the the thoughts rush through,
Realize the power that lies within you.

Your mind is a weapon.
Your mind is a tool.
Your mind is a universe.
Your mind's where you rule.

It is your domain.
It is your own.
Your mind is a place
Of infinite space.

Infinite reasons.
Infinite dreams.
Infinite ideas.
Infinite schemes.

It's a place where impossible
Can exist and be true.
A place where the old congregate with the new,
And analyze anything and everything you do.

So what does your mind share with infinity?
**The inside of your mind expands infinitely.
A poem about the inside of our minds.

I can feel the stillness around
The harbinger of secret knowledge
Wind whispers the message in my ear
Stirring the silence within me
And everything finite becomes infinite
As I lose myself in the depth of stillness
