The ceiling fan sends its emissary
to breathe upon the candle’s flame
the humble blaze enclosed but free
in the small clear glass vessel.
Silently it wiggles and swirls
asserts its freedom
responds to the breezy envoy
with light.

May I and you, constrained and nourished
within life’s bounds,
embrace freedom’s grace
and respond with light
as we dance with the wind.

To make a great accomplishment:
Rescue someone from his malicious thoughts,
Embrace his sorrows with your humane touch,
And show him the way to a life of great purpose!

To make a great accomplishment:
Brighten up his days with your kind words,
Give him a ladder, light him a candle, and be his angel,
Pour into his heart a cup of compassion and a dash of love!

To make a great accomplishment:
Draw your soul to serve those who are forgotten,
Their dreams shattered, their voices lost in wars,
Be their lights, their champion, and stand up for their cause!

I’m burning the candle
But not at both ends
No, for in fact I have five
The sharpest edge
Of a dying Star
Plain sick of being alive
Helping her and helping him
Ignoring myself for the sake of them
Some days I wonder
“Will I ever be true?”
When that day comes
Boy, will that feeling be new
It starts in my toes
Weary from walking
Igniting my fingers
Busy writing and talking
Then it gets to my head
As it makes its way down
Warming my heart
Burning my frown
I’m not saying that I want to die
But I’m spread so thin
I think “why shouldn’t I”

Season have gone, the candle has not been burned through
cause I thought I wanted to save the fragrance
so I never let it melt out the realizing
but the winds are bringing in the bays, of hounds baying
candlelight pairs with this heavenly music

gaunt eyes, inward always, free that far
with a bible in his hands, calling it a journal

"deformis puella! discesserit ab illa!"

eyes gone pale (for lack of light)
a sniffle is heard in the depths of night.
and whilst the candle shrinks, there becomes
a soft quiver of sound, the voice which barely hums.

"non omnis moriar."

Like a burning candle,
I melt.
Disappear right before your eyes.
Gone before you even notice.
                              That flicker you see
                                  The moment of hesitation
Is me almost not wanting to leave
                 Almost
                                            I'll burn you
 Within a few seconds
                                       I'll burn down myself
     Within another
             Touch me and
                                          All you'll feel is pain
                                                                   I'm cold at first
But only because I'm so dangerous
                I'll hurt you,
Which is something I just don't want to do.
Well....yeah I have nothing to say. Make of it what you will.

Look at the stars, they have a soul
being right above each night,
Twinkling; forcing us to be lost into them
they'll never disappoint you

Look at the rain, it has soul too
the drops fall from the heavens
and the earth celebrates its arrival
it'll never let you down

You've been busy with the humans
been busy getting disappointed
My dear, most of them
do not have a soul

Look at the rainbow, the love of a mother,
the morning dew and the light of a candle
they all have a soul
that won't disappoint you

Be surrounded with them
and the beings with soul
will themselves be driven to you.
I am at a stage in my life where I do not have time to waste on shallowness, narrow mindedness, things that are ugly and the things that do not have a SOUL.
