Risking everything this time
you gave up your personal life
You are scared, but so are your
kids waiting at home along with your wife
The mask is always on and never off
warmth of a hug is what you lack
with this pandemic youre having a stand-off
volunteer or not, we're proud you chose to stay back
Doctors flying in all over the country
it's not just the hippocratic oath, take note
but this is the common enemy
For humanity or peace? actually it's both
when will this nightmare end? said the person comfy at home
while you're out there among this virus and what not!
Don't worry it will get over, you'll get to enjoy it all
So much that if something's missing, you'll know what.
The world is in your debt.

A heartfelt thanks to all going
To work on the front line knowing
You are stepping into harms way,
Risking your lives every day
In caring for, and comforting
All those in pain and suffering.
For the fantastic job you do,
Stepping up when we needed you,
For the sacrifices you make
And the daily risks you take,
The country should never forget
We are forever in your debt.
You are true heroes all of you
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you…….

When I had no will of mine
You went all the miles
When I couldn’t talk
You were my voice
When I couldn’t walk
Your back was my cart
When my eyes couldn’t see
You were my sight
When I knew not a thing
You were my secret guide
O sweet mother
My back bone is you

They are the sun;
irreplaceable;
only one.
They will shine for eternity:
alighting infinity.
Without their gold-
a world of grey,
mark my words
they are the sun.

And nothing brings more light than the sun
no thing nor being brighter than thus
could **** with it's touch,
Deceases the darkness
with the warm glow
that emits from its face
touching you-
body and soul,
with every trace
Naturally;
effortlessly;
completely unaware of its ability
to so wholeheartedly
sooth ones soul
By existing.

They’re the sunlights’ magic
existing as human bones
through glimmering rays of honey tones
they are the sun,

they are the sun.
