When young
You think you'll never grow old
When old
You forget what it means to be young
And I?
I wonder aimlessly somewhere in the middle
Candice Jul 2017
I wait aimlessly for your arrival
Just to see your smile
To hold you in my arms
To keep you from the world's harm

As I sit waiting
That moment I am creating
When I can finally see you standing before me
How lovely would that be
I hear your car outside
Last time I saw you I cried

As I run to meet you
I realize our love is true
Our bodies meet with an embrace
And all I can feel is my heart race

We spend hours together
We're two birds of a feather
I enjoy every second I have sitting beside you
Butterflies I get from you, as if our love is still new

The way you say goodbye
And the way you cry
And hug me so tight
In your arms it feels so right
Kissing you for what I know is the last time for awhile
Oh, how I'll miss that smile

As I walk away from the only thing I've ever really known
Home doesn't even feel like home
All I can say is that I miss you, Bay
Knowing you're about 130 miles

People with broken hearts wander aimlessly,
they try hard to find some shelter and
cover from this world which sometimes burns very bright and it becomes very difficult for them to bear and survive .

they say...
"not all that wander are lost"

i wander when my mind is full
when i think about you
the ocean calls
just like your eyes used to

i wander the streets aimlessly
when i don't want to go home
when everyone fights
and i'm always alone

i wander around school
when my anxiety is so bad
when everyone judges
it makes me ******* mad

i wander when i feel nothing at all
because wandering for me
isn't wandering for you
Okay, I really like this one. I'm a wanderlust kid, I enjoy roaming aimlessly for no reason at all. I've always felt euphoric when I wander.

Wandering, aimlessly trying to fall in love with the idea that you love me.
Chaos came and went with each passing breath we took.

Because loving you was beautiful.
Because loving you was madness.

Wandering, treacherously falling apart with the idea that you still love me.
Hope came and went with each rising of the sunset.

Because loving you was the only thing I knew at the time.
Because loving you would be my death if I let it.

Wandering... Aimlessly.... Wishing you still loved me.
