I can't breathe
Like there is something pressing down on my lungs
Stealing the oxygen right out of me
Ripping the strength from every fiber of my body

I'm tired
But I don't want to sleep
Because if I drift away into that abyss
I'm not sure I'll ever leave it
I'm not sure I'll wake up

Come, let me help you glide buddy,
Glide with your the golden wings,
Do not hesitate to jump off the cliff,
Down into the unknown depths,
Along with these blowing breezes,
Now unhook all the inhibitions,
Just jump off and glide in the sky.

We count cells by manual methods,
Using the counting chamber,
Plating & colony forming unit count.

We let them be counted automatedly,
Using electrical resistance,
Flow cytometry & image analysis.

Then there is this indirect method too,
Using spectrophotometry we count,
Or even by the impedance microbiology.
Cell counting methods used in Animal Cell Culture include the above three main categories and then seven sub-categories are divided among the three chief categories.

There are two manual counting methods:
a. using the counting chamber for counting each one individually, and
b. plating and CFU (Colony Forming Unit) count.

Three automated counting methods are there:
a. using electrical resistance,
b. flow cytometry, and c. image analysis.

Two indirect counting methods are there too:
a. using a spectrophotometer, or
b. count by impedance microbiology

I** thank you for moving out of my life.

Nowhere else is my own happiness,
Or rather it is my self-satisfaction,
Winning the 7 Minutes of pleasure.

Greatness I see in me after she departed,
Red-faced she seemed purple with shame,
Equipped with a pump I see myself,
A pump of self-satisfaction and relief,
Tasked I am with my own happiness,
Looks interesting this lonely pursuit,
Yet I know that I can be easily happy.

Advancing alone on the road of love,
Demands of my own body I listen to,
Minding not that I require a female,
If I wanted to make strong kids, 'coz
Ravishing my body has always been,
Even before I ever requested you to stay.

Maybe you can get a better husband,
Yet I am going to be really very satisfied.

This is the life I have always been loving,
Hindsight is never going to be pleasing,
I am so aware of this fact I have known,
Checked fully is that one best gift to self,
Kingly is this feeling of self-satisfaction.

Enjoy information I do in my life alone,
Just like before you or the others came,
And I now realise that before all I came,
Chiseled is my muscly pump after pumping,
Up & down, round & round, up & down,
Laid before I did in Agra like a clown,
Awesome is the feeling self-satisfied,
Tremendous is my relief each time,
Ever happier I have been pumping.
Thanks to all the creepy boys and girls for abandoning my ship when it was sinking.

I rediscovered my capabilities and capacities due to their not staying here.

A 2° acrostic poem. Somewhat mature.

You may be gone,
But don't think for a moment
that you lay dormant in my heart.
You are still the fire in my body,
The reason why I carry myself through the day.
Hoping one day we will be together once again.
edit. I once wanted to get back together with him and I have realized you sometimes need to love yourself more than you love someone else and know what is best for you when someone doesnt care enough about you.
We are the
       Awoken ones
Our muse we hope to stumble on
Lit only by

For us, the late-night and restless writers.
She turns words into
Heartfelt emotions,
She fills your thoughts with
Visions sublime,

She is the kindest soul
One will ever meet,
She shares herself,
With everyone,
One,

If I hadn't fallen in love
I would have not known
that stars could dance in the eyes
That the moon could whisk me away
That the sun could live in the heart
and warm it and fill it with light
That clouds could shower kisses
And rain could touch like a lover
That the scent of flowers
could linger through the night
That the winds could play love melodies
That sunrises could colour a blush
And sunsets stir romance
That dreams could glisten at dawn
like drops of dew

I would have not known the magic
that is love
If I hadn't fallen in love
With you

Sun streaming
Brightly beaming
Into my lounge.

Golden dawning
Lovely morning
I’m still alive!

My heart sings
My soul has wings
Happy day.

Streams of photons light may be
Scientists tell us factually
Still beautiful to see.

Meerkats gather in early sun
Gazing in awe at the powerful one
Knowing the day has just begun.

Time to walk down to the pub
Ready for some lovely grub
And still the sun is shining.

My pub mate Norman will be glad I've gone upbeat and cheerful again. Love this sunny weather, even in Winter.....
