In my quest for solace, love truly never fails,
Your memory magically appears to calm the violent storms and adjust my sail.
I found my peace in solitude.
I found my calm in silence.
I discovered light even in darkness.
Nothing can shatter my strength.
Nothing can ruin my confidence.
I’ve already found me.
I have found everything I need within myself.
The moments in my life when I’ve been the happiest are the times when
I’ve seen the beauty of every sunset,
I’ve danced in the rain,
and when I’ve watched the flowers bloom

...with you
Please carry me back to where I belong—
there by his side, in the safe shelter and comfort of his loving arms.
If I could save time in a locket, I would wear it around my neck and sail the seas. Thus being immortally known as the father of time travel.

Columns of red lights
And headlights
Of slow moving vehicles
Some roaring, some howling
And some, comfortably blowing
The air reeks, the road
The road persistently
Seals the wheels
And the drivers, the riders
Barely visible
Hound the maze.
Earthly time is fine despite Death
The eternal dark out of which
Shadows creep sparking illusions
That hold sway over dreams.
I came from darkness
To store the burning Light
That echoes the yells of creation
Toward some demotic destiny.
Achievements soothe so little
Within the web of eclectic waste
We tend to call societies
Run by the elite undergrowth
Who pay no heed to evergreens.
It was only yesterday
When i first went to school
When i tasted my first cigarette
My first beer, first *******
When i wrote my first poem
And many things in between
Well, out of long list of vices
Only cigarettes have survived
And they probably will
Till my stiff body
Touches the cramped coffin.
Scoop me up Ursa
In your *****
My spirit shall bask
Playing heavenly marbles
Within the volatile void.
There is something violent about how I see the skin on your body
Its so rich and smooth, almost decadent and unlike you

This observation turns into a premeditation when you touch my cheek
Its almost like i can feel the heat melting off your bones

As I laid you down and slipped a knife underneath your sternum
You whispered something hidden in painful tones like a sharp breath piercing the guttural moans

But I dont need to hear words to know the searing desire steaming from your guts as I replaced them with hot stones

The blood on your finger tips remind me of fresh water on leaves after a storm and your severed head looks like its been through famine, disease, and a damaged city plagued and war torn

Yet there is still beauty in the decayed decadence that is your mutilated corpse

The moonlight drowns in the canal of blood begging for remorse while the insects march and sing a song of things that can only get worse

This is a poem about the need for closeness between two people
