Why do I experienced body trembling, sudden cold hands, teeth grinding and clenching everytime I felt tense and jealousy

This quarantine days just has no end.
Alone in this empty space.
No one ask me how was my day went.

yes, just like the title.
now I thought on keeping a milipedes as a pet.
it crawls away a loneliness in me.

There's 104 days of self isolation,
and the cure comes along just to end it,
the annual problem of our generation,
is finding a way just to spend it, like maybe

making dalgona or making a donuts,
and avoiding friends for a month,
discovering vaccine that's not yet exist,
or maybe taking a showerrrrrrr.
