I  need a girl,
who's smile,
I fall into love with so much,
that her smile drives me to capture,
those single moments of her,
in a form of colors
on my easel.
I love you, and you love me
But it seems we're not to be
He is there, right next to you
Alone together, just you two.
I'm here trying not to think
As I write this waste of ink.
Because I'm not ready to say goodbye
Not yet ready for this love to die.
So alone is the heart of a man
Like the solitary song of a sparrow
She sings of her old and new pain
Only the heavens hear as it flies to and fro
She is a breeze,
gently wafts in,
in the fiery climes
she quickly transforms,
arousal of passion
makes her
a whirlwind fierce,
her spirited twists and turns
were beyond prediction
her predilection
to dominate becomes
so insistent
she turned to a twister
had an unrestricted run
the giant redwood
was uprooted in no time
The lover’s wounded heart bleeds silently
From the invisible cut, that runs deep
Lacerated by the steely disdain of the lover
Her world revolved around him
Now, she is bereft of any world, but pain
Slowly, the maimed heart leaves her incapacitated*

The moon
Was in your eyes
The entire time.

It hid behind
Two dark pupils
And a gaze
That said
I'm sorry,
For what I'm about to do.
C.Z
Like crystal sand pebbles
Washed away from seashore
Like shooting stars in space
Propelled out of the night sky

Our beautiful black pearls
Young and innocent and ambitious
Full of life, full of tomorrow
Were stolen away in daylight
Away from unnatural habitats
Away from unsafe clusters
Away from our sleepy watchful eyes
Loosing their buoyancy
To the same fearsome monsters
That have plagued the land much
Bursting balloons at parties
Bringing mayhem as they visit
Making our warriors look childish
Forcing help from the world over.

The sun has gone to sleep
The moon has loomed too long
But to hope, we will cling
Till we find our lost pebbles…

I have things
I have a lot
I have things
and want not

I have trinkets
Doodads
Splinkets
and furs

Please excuse me,
I don't think
Splinkets's a word

BUT I HAVE THEM
Oh, yes I do.
I have a lot.
What about you?

Greedy Greedy
You call me Greedy
Needy Needy
I call you Needy

You're also a social pariah
How's that, Jebediah?
That's not your name?
OH! The shame!
Good thing I have money
to clear my name.
And just enough to smother yours
O bother,
"Boo you *****."

I am in want of everything
In the need of nothing
What's that?
Oh yes!
Please, pass the stuffing.
