You danced like Cinderella
Smiling, looking fine
We should have known much better
But we failed to see those signs.
You were always playing to the crowd
Laughing all the time
And always forever joking
But we failed to see those signs.
Everything seemed so normal
We were busy with our lives
You always seemed quite happy
But we failed to see those signs.
You suddenly took up drinking
Drinking too much wine
We really should have noticed
But we failed to see those signs.
Now you're no longer with us
Things were on your mind
It may have been much different
If we only saw those signs.
I lost my sister 13 years ago to suicide, people can disguise their pain but if we look carefully we will see the signs before it is too late.
After saying that, it is not so easy to spot those signs sometimes.
Absence of nothing
Full of everything
Who I supposed to be
While I´m writing here

Absence of pain as a joy
Trading on ambiguity
Absence of a nonentity
Still a proper entity

Absence of darkness as a light
Darkness or absence insight
(Un)consciousness always fight
Nonexistence invites

Absence of existence as a non-existence
Unicorns don't exist
A square circle essence
Dangerous mental twist

Absence of unreality as a reality
Into an absolute nothingness
In any universe timeline
An insane tragedy

Absence of demolition as a building
Existence is not a negation of negatives
Feeling absolutely nothing
Sharing words as a sedative
Absence nothing pain ambiguity light darkness

Do I live in your mind

Do I fester in your heart

Or has it gotten better with time?

I have grown without you

I'm now a tall sunflower in a field full of daisies

You'll always be a weevil to me

I hope one day you'll love someone as much as you do yourself

Someone
asked me if I
knew you
             A million
memories flashed
through my mind
but I just smiled and said I used to

When i write poetry i am stripping for you
Exposing my inner self
And laying it bare for all to see
Sharing my innermost thoughts and feelings
So i am fragile and naked before you
So you can gaze upon my words and understand
How i see the world and who i am deep inside
This act is a sharing of my soul
An open unashamed expression
Of trust between me and you
And i offer it to you with no expectations.

Poem streams
Every now and then
I write with my poem streams.
In my literature tent,
About nature and dreams.

I look and write about
Cute little things that I've seen.
I keep going in and out
Like a naughty child I've been.

I've written too much to recall
About all the things I love.
But I can't seem to write, at all
About the person that I love.
If you want to know
what is happening
to the world,
don't just watch
the news every night;
watch what happens
to yourself
after watching
the news
every night.
We leapt over the
River, with nothing but a
Spring in our step.
