my ash shall
go with the wind
a pinch over the coastline
and the residue
over the weeping grass
light the fire in the sky
and I will be fine

His love was a lightning bolt that split her bones and left her stalked
out on the grass.

She made his heart beat like thunder and his soul sing with the wind.
I'm not sure that this is a poem but rather a pretty thought. It was written in 2016.

Suspended in one beautifully, eternal moment.
The wind didn't blow, and world stood still.
The only way we could measure time was through our heartbeats.
You smashed your mouth to mine with a lust you couldn't hide, even
if you tried.
And your intentions became quite clear, then.
You were falling for me just as I was falling for you.
If only it was more than a dream.
This poem was written in 2016.
Your words were the wind--
Crushing,
Defeating,
And then nothing all at once.
of recent days
the solar panels
and wind turbines
couldn't ALLEVIATE
the cold indoor climes

thereby causing the folks
of Texas to freeze
under the many inches
of thick snow

how they all hankered
for that old fashioned
coal generated
electricity
which would ALLEVIATE
the boreal conditions
atrocity

Winds ever shifting -
dark on into light
   This feeling won't be lifting,
no! No, not this night.

   Winds ever shifting -
this..this can't be right
My mind won't stop drifting -
it'll last forever, won't it?
   This Godforsaken flight.
Wush!
Wush!
Wush!
I fly.

Y?
Y is it so?
We’ll never know!
Live, love and learn to leave.
In the breeze I believe.
