Silence... Violent... Deffening... Destructive...
Silence is, dreadful... Desolate...
Yet all at once, silence is, the rain pouring down,
ricocheting off this small towns beating heart...
Silence is, the sun, blinding... Beautiful... Bright... Just like you...
A reminder that there's light in the night...
Though it may come as a bite... Full of disasters, could I ask her?
The weight of it crashes down on me, silencing my pleas...
When can I be free?
Wrote this earlier today, it *****, I know, but that's okay.

crackling wood, black smoke rises, the red snakes flickers its' tongues.
The heat is like soft silk, caressing my frozen soul.
sitting by the fireplace, the hearth silently whispers:
stay with me, I'm not like the others, stay, and sit, and watch me.

A calming sight, a soothing sound, everything was nice,
but my greedy heart was not satisfied, I wanted the fire higher!
more wood I threw in the fire place, my eager heart desires
to fasten the process of unfreezing my flesh, to hush my impatient soul.

put materials into the fire no more, my father sternly warned
for then you will  cause unwanted harm,
no benefits would come.

but the red snake screamed at me:
NO! MORE! FEED ME!
HE WARNS YOU BECAUSE HE FEARS THAT YOU
WILL BECOME THE BETTER BURNER.

desiring warmth, I burnt more wood
and more!
and MORE!
AND MORE!
but instead of release, what I received
was a house of burning fire.

the fiery python engulfed my home,
with its mocking diamond eyes.
was it because I trusted the devil's advice,
or the greed thats of my own?
tried to mimic the story in the garden of eden.

I am a hurricane
I am a force to be reckoned with
My love can cause tumultuous damage to cities
Tear down walls and rip the streets to shreds

I am a tornado
I am a force of nature to fear
My love can rip through towns in seconds
Tear up the ground from above and move a path of destruction

I am a tsunami
I am a force of change to not mess around with
My love can move oceans and nothing can stop it
Tear through the sandy shores and cause pain to whole villages

I am a natural disaster
I am a force to be reckoned with

You always said “I’ll love you always.”
But always didn’t last.
Your memories are a bulldozer
Just plowing through my past.

We stripped away the barren soil
And got down to the lode.
It wasn’t what we thought was there
There wasn’t any gold.

Now the ground lays cold and bare.
There’s nothing left of us to share.
We’ve divvied up what’s left of us
And left the ground to turn to dust.

We wanted gold
To free our souls and wash away the tears
But the gears of time kept grinding on
Churning up the years.

So I hold the gems we found back then
Closely to my beating chest
To recollect, to not forget.
**At least for you, I’ll do my best.

Blue and red looked ridiculous in the sky,
but he made it all look beautiful.
A fracture of light from the tears of his eyes
Ingraining a feeling so indelible.

But there's a distance between him and I
A sky's length that are filled with voids.
When I try to reach out my hand,
The only thing that can reach is my voice.

So he's a rainbow on the ends of the earth,
With his legs cut off from the ground
And there will always be a sky's length between us,
As I look up, to see him look down.

-because he cries as it rains down on earth, for his sadness only entailed our distance in between.

I never came to fully realise it. but I like one of my best friends. It's strange, and I didn't want to ruin anything, so I decided that I could just let myself swallow my feelings, instead of tear ourselves apart. It was enough that I already had  a chance with someone else slip through my fingers, that I might just ruin our friendship with this one. I'm still too young to be like this.

I'd feel like after the Alamo
Feel like only disaster
If ever your love
would ever go
there would be
nothing left after

You know the country
would mourn
They'd fly the Lone Star
at half-mast
I hoped that your love
would never go
Because my love it will last

When you take
a paycheck as a cowboy
in this new
post-modern world
You'll know the value
of a Yankee dollar bill
It's never worth the
sweat and the toil

When you are
this cowboys lady
in this God forsaken age
I hope that you'd never
have a single doubt
That the cowboy is worth
the price that you paid

You'll find me
there at the Alamo
There would be
only disaster
If ever your love
would ever go
there would be
nothing left after

You know the country
would mourn
They'd fly the Lone Star
at half mast
But I hoped that
you'd never go away
Because my love it will last

Time was and maybe
it'll soon be again
When a woman was proud
that her man was a Man

I'll stand by you 'cause
your my Texas Rose
But if you go
I'll join the boys
at the Alamo
'Cause it's the kinda'
battle I'd a chose

You'll find me
there at the Alamo
There would be
nothing left after
I feel like after the Alamo
Feel like only disaster

I hoped that your love
would never go
Because my love it will last

Because my love.....
it will last
