Now I know//
to move on from what it all used to mean//
the change of mind was a sudden switch of scenes//
never told me what I was, a narcissist that couldn’t see//
ever told you how I felt? there was nothing in between//

no matter what you do//
no matter what I do//
can’t forget about us two//
will stand up and yell the truth//
the only one in view//
but one I cannot reach//
I just sit and think in blue//
thoughts I can’t pursue//
they only make me feel bad for all the **** I *******//

the end of our romance//
periods of time to enhance//
I gave “me” a second chance//
We shall make
A recourse to the gun,
If for election we run
Devoid of ideas,
Sell which we can,
We could hardly win
The heart of a single fan.

Also labelled
"Corrupts,atavists
And narrow nationalists"
They can
Put on us a ban
So that sinks on us
The Sun.

Climbing into
A political ivory tower
Is not for us,
Let us beat
The drum of war
To garner
And to monger to power.

I look at myself everyday
in the mirror and then realize
I've been given the most beautiful gift
I could ever ask for - my existence;
my chance of life;
my chance of love.

A chance

All that I ask for is a chance
A chance to meet and not divide
We’ve played this game,
Time and again
And throughout it all
we still remained friends
But to write off someone
based on what you lack
Is a sorry thing
that you have a knack
Of repeating again and again.
I’m not begging for you
to be chummy ole pals
Only I plead for you to meet
without a judgmental scowl.
Though a childish endeavor
I know it to be,
For once I just wish
You could see what I see.
With out the taint of jealousy.
To give a chance and then to decide
Is one thing
But to allow yourself to be clouded with envy and fear
Is a prison noone should be forced to endure.

Day to day, same old faces
Night to night, same old spaces
People moving as one
People thinking as one

A gram or two, doesn’t matter
They keep me alive and better
Better than most of you
No mind for themselves or anyone

In this town where the end is dead,
Thoughts are rather kept than said
It’s the reason no one escapes this town
But I’ll make a destiny of my own

One day I’ll walk away from all this
Go to a place where the sun never sets
Live there and never come back
Forget my ghosts and my past

I don’t need fame or money
No, what I want is to be happy
Live where smiles are free
Sleep where dreams are meant to be

Someday I’ll find that place
The place they call paradise
Maybe when I sleep tonight, I’ll find it
If I do, I know I’ll never wake up again
