A True Mother's Love by Patarica D. Nunn

Come into my commune,
My farm
In the sky;
You won't be lonely
Baby,
Not by a hiker's mile

Let's climb
Into the morrow,
Throwing fear
To the wind

The curators
Of sorrow
Are seething within

They prey
On your pleasure
And worship your sin

Like vultures
They hover,
Like maggots
They win

Come into my commune,
My farm
In the sky;
And feast
On your freedom

Then bury your lies;

You won't be lonely
Baby,
Not by a hiker's mile

Unraveling
Like a thread from my sweater got caught in a door a few city blocks back
And I can't relax
Everything I've ever built is about to come crashing down
Threads of deceit into a woven tapestry that depicts me as someone other than who I am
A man I've never met yet
And it sends shivers down my spine

Put down that blade.
Put down that bottle or pills.
Don't you dare tie that rope.
Please stop.
I know you think you don't matter.
I know these days are getting hard.
I know you feel like God gets pleasure out of messing up your life.
I know you think no one will care, but you're wrong.
You're smart.
You're attractive.
You're funny.
You're weird but the best people are.
You're body is perfect the way it is.
You are not defined by your grades, your acne, your clothes, the scale, your imperfections.
You are beautiful and valuable and amazing whether you think you are or not.
If you are looking for a sign to stay, let this be it.
Please stop. Stay here and breathe and love life because your body loves you, feel your heart, your body loves you enough to keep it pumping.
So drink your favorite tea and go to sleep to your favorite movie in your favorite PJ's and wake up tomorrow and smile because you are still alive and you have so much to live for.
You will make it.
Stay here.
Her maturity level lingers bellow average.
Always believed you to deserve a better woman to wed.
Perhaps a Diamond or a beautiful Ruby, yet the ring was placed on a rhinestone.
A man far from selfish to wed a woman, if even that, with more self love than true should be.
Thoughts came accross of wether judging a book by its cover was my path here.
Yet she spoke and her ***** of unthought of sentences poured out like the night after.
Her cover seemed oddly better than what actually was.
Sad isn't it?
A man I hold dear to my heart and existence,
To wed the selfish.
In today's times we do not seek what is deserved.
No.
We seek what is thought to be deserved and you love, you dug deep in the pits.
To break two hearts for her own joy.
The dissease crawling through her skin and flowing in her veins known simply as jealousy.
Hatred without reason, she spills.
Life has a rather humorous way to finish our stories.
Broken apart by a walking sin.

Morning write
Sir Douz Dante Nov 2014
I usually can write,
but sometimes words dont come out right,

i usually can sing,
but sometimes my voice can sting,

i usually can paint,
but sometimes my colours are faint,

i usually can fly,
but sometimes i dont even try,

i usually can laugh,
but sometimes i wanna cry,

i usually can charm,
but sometimes am a ******,

i usually can love,
but sometimes am layed back,

i usually can advice,
but sometimes am the fool,

i usually can give my heart out,
but sometimes an emotionally bankrupt,,,

i usually get weird,,,
but sometimes am normal,

i usually can do a lot,
when am up to it of course..
But sometimes i choose not to,

its just me!

He is who he is

Someone great indeed
Although he doesn’t know it
I’m here to show him

You see

He seems really ordinary
But what I’ve read is extra- ordinary
You see his quite plain
Not always sane

Sometimes he can even be lame
Its really a shame
So he wrote this book
I then took a look

Got to know him better
Inside a few letters
His pages tells a story
Of God and his Glory

He met a young lady
And fell madly in love
She was what he wanted
And he was he she needed

All seemed fine
But there were to many lies
The bad elements of this world
Is the story he told

A girl she was
With many scars
Hatred and pain
With nothing to gain

He kissed her tears
For many, many years
And all that time
Her life was a lie

He never rejected
Always excepted
Through the Grace of God
He was able to start

Not once did he stop
even when times were tough
And when the going got rough
And she needed stuff

He stood his ground
And eventually found
She was bruised
And abused

A journey she attained
A Journey he obtained
Together making it a life
Worth writing about

His no super hero
Just a religious kind of guy
Making a difference in others lives
Only taking one step at a time

So I’ve come to know
His shared quite a lot
I’m hoping our journey
Never has to stop

But the time will come
When it’s all done
In those few pages
I was won

I’ve learnt a lot
I’ve cried a lot too
There was a lot of ****
But that seemed real

You taught me a lesson
Of love and pain
How to guard my heart
From hatred and shame

I cannot begin to thank you
For all you have done
You’ve change my life
In a short space of time

To be a better person
Inside and out
Your book is worth reading
So please start believing

Soon will come the time
Believe me I done lie
With a friend such as you

Thank you my friend,
cos it's worth reading,
cos it's also rhythmic,
ka boom boom bomb

No thank you my friend
For as you said
Stop writing in a pad
Rather post it on the net

You've giving me reason
And purpose in life
Through A Broken Reed
I was able to see

My lives worth living
And my days are few
So I'm glad that I got
to spend them with

Your book is the reason
I've come this far
I feel inspired
To do something great

I once was bruised
And broken too
But through the virtues
God lend me to you

You taught me love
You taught me patience
You taught me never to give up
And even when I felt so down

You help me turn
My frown upside down
I cannot thank you
And your book

I'm glad God lead me
And I got to take a look.

the smell of burning rubber
strong between her legs.
