Unless they see it out loud.

As the light begins to fade,
Children begin to close their eyes.
We start to see a make believe,
An illusion of the mind.
As we slip into a dream,
We sence something not right.
We quickly wake up to a sight of a dark And gloomy room.
We close our eyes just one more time.
We think all night and to our suprise,
A dream is life in disguise.

The light in my heart is slowly dying,
The light in my soul is always crying.
The dark in my eyes is slowing drifting,
The dark in my head us always there.
The dark in my head will always be there,
Until I surround myself with people who care,
But the light in my heart will always be there

You meet someone who actually cares,
You speak until you fall asleep.
You becom friends,
You become inseparable.
Until they take of there mask.
Under the mask is an evil grin,
That face knows all your secrets.
The person you once knew is gone.
They are just a face with no name,
If they put the mask back on nothing will Be the same.

Try not to think to much,
It can lead to anxiety.
Thinking of what people think of you,
Can lead to depression.
Thinking to yourself,
Can lead to the worst thing,
It leads to going in the wrong directing,
A direction you didn't want to go in.
So be careful what you think,
Thoughts run your life.
Thoughts can ruin you life

The past is full of missed opportunities,
You are a chance to get them back.
The future is a chance to create history,
The present... Its a gift.
the past you can't get back,
But the future doesn't last forever.
Take a chance to live you life now,
not then

Remember the days we spent together,
alway together no matter the weather.
you were my world,
my life,
my everything.
until it all changed that one evening.
the screaming and crying on the kitchen,
about that girl you were always kissing.
after that night we went our separate ways,
now I live my life with better days.
I don't think of the night we split up,
I just think of patching my heart up

For every step I take,
