Traveler
And so it's still dark
From last night
On into today

I have yet to see
A single sun ray

Should the sun come up
Behind a grey dull sky

With not a spark to guide
My wondering eyes

Poetically blind
I try with all of my might

But I can't find nothing
Not a single thing to write

   Blinded by
This long winter's night....

I don't even care what it says
just as long as it's out of my head

And I'm lost
But I don't care
Cause you're here
To show me the way
And to take me away
You're in my heart
You're in my mind
You're my body
You're my soul
And I need your strength
Cause I don't have any left
But you're here
To show me the way
And to take me away

oh sunshine
  how do i tell you?
  i am flying so high
  above these clouds
  weightlessly mine

            **oh sunshine

                 how do i show you
the butterflies that live in me
                 my veins full of ecstasy
the warmth of that summer breeze

oh sunshine
  the monsoon comes closer
and that rain is here to purify
  everything will find its place
there is so much to see
  so little to say

             oh sunshine
                  how do i show you
there is so much more warmth than cold
these golden rays never get old
the grass blades sway with hope
there is so much more to live for

oh sunshine
the morning is yet to come
the dawn is where you're from
hold my hand and let me show you
  together we'll run
  straight into the sun
good music, good vibes

Without her
What am I supposed to do?
Words lose their meaning.
Taste
Sight
Sound
Touch.
Without her
What do I have?
Bland
Darkness
Silence
Emptiness.
Without her.
I miss her

loved and lost a boy
who wrote the most
spectacular poetry

loved and lost a boy
whose words
softly suggested
hopelessness

loved and lost a boy
who made me forget
me
and helped me see

romance has no
i
or
me

it has only
romance
love
care
truth

the truth of a poet
who was
loved and lost

who
i
loved and lost

i
i loved
and lost
a boy
who didn't let me say
i
so i started this without using the letter i to avoid bringing it back to myself but i failed because i'm selfish

Star BG
A bright ornament round and sacred
hangs in sky by name of sun.
Its strong rays etching into clouds divine
to quench morning eyes.

Birds carry its colorful hues on wings spread.
Moments intwine with breath infused sunlight
to envision dreams.

Sun waves
in rays of warmth to hug a wander
An awake one who connects
to the overseer of light
that has a heartbeat if one listens.

Air catches its glimmer
bringing down light to enhance a soul.
One who, dances, romances, runs,
falls, cries and ponders preparing to rising.
Who lives for an experienced
sandwiched between Earth and Sky.

A being who wears
a temporary human costume,
before taking off to drift closer to sun
and its precious universe
that waits to welcome traveler home.
