You don’t decide who
Will make your heart race.
The corners of your lips just
Upturn so suddenly
That you only notice your smile
When you step forward and feel
The cement  pieces
Of a shattered frown
On the ground beneath your feet.

she was the maker, he was her muse
a creative girl with everything to lose

she colored her canvas with her bleeding heart
she loved him and watched her world fall apart

she got her heart broken but kept a blank face
knowing that there are some mistakes you can't erase

she gave up her art, a lover betrayed
her pure white mind turned a darker shade.
And then there were seven.

there are no definitions and
perception is only your truth”

my poems are splats and drips.
you make them into paintings that hang
in your own private museum,
signed by you, truthfully, forever,
as first viewer,
and thus as,
co-creator

Poetry
is all around me
It’s in the things
I touch
the foods I taste
the air I smell
the wind I hear
It’s in the beauty
of nature I see
And yet
I confess
  sometimes
writing poetry
becomes
such a struggle
It’s like literally diving
with a blind eye
in the sea of words
searching for
a speck of gold
This is no laughing
matter I tell you
It’s virtually like
life and death situation
Suffocating
no air to be found
like a shark
out of the deep blue sea
Because
it seems
at times
Sometimes
oftentimes
that all I want to write
to make poetry
extraordinary
undeniably
uniquely mine
Has already been written
That’s just how I feel ;) sometimes , at times, often times lol.... God’s creatures we all think alike!

Someone Unknown

I wished for rain
And soothing words of sweet
But you struck me with pain
In this intolerable heat

On the ground, I lay
In shock of what you just did
I hoped you came to stay
With me and our kid

Something was not right
I sensed the presence of an evil force
A drawn column of fright
And sudden objects began to toss

Darkness started to approach
As you became someone unknown
A lust to ****, a soul roach
To which, I wish, I had known

A language full of filth and foul
You spitted on few standing around
You snorted and then came in the growl
And like a fierce beast, you sat on the ground

My lips trembled but my heart prayed
For help from anyone anyplace
Planks were soon being laid
Around it, to gape and gaze

The unknown tried to escape
But the planks were blessed with holy essence
Verses were read by a person in cape
Darkness eluded by its presence

The unknown seem to struggle in a purifying body
Stubborn, causing it physical harm
Witnessed by everybody
Soon everything became calm

He lay on the ground, with scratches and blood
Breathing heavily as the prayer ended
Rain poured in suddenly, washing away the blood
The evil seem to have descended

He was carried back to my place
For nourishment and care
The man in cape, blessed and left
Puff...in the thin air

Spilling imagination.
Why do we laugh and why do we cry
Please tell me why
Why are we kind and angry at times
Please tell me why.
Why are we happy and why are we sad
Please tell me why.
Why do we love and why do we hate
Please tell me why.
Why is there faith and why is there none
Please tell me why.
Why do we live and why do we die
Can you please tell me why.
If there are no answers to the Questions I ask
Please tell me why.
What is the meaning of life
Why are we here.
The Questions go on.

Kiss me goodbye
Into the winds river
Lift me high into the skies
To breathe and exhale the weather

Pour me down the heavy rain
From the dark clouds thunder
Push me in goodbye kisses
Puddled in lovers
Strike me with lightening
In your eyes glimmer
And drown me in your long gone
Stricken with forever

Shallow dripping
Creeping overhead
Under my chin
I felt your hands
The wandering
Feels like your mine

Kiss me goodbye
Into the forest of photographers
Under the pictures framed
Bewildered in conifers
Walk me into the rain
Push me in arms again
Wrap me around and round
Digg your nails in

Dripping shallow
Overhead creeping
I felt your chin
Under my hands
Feels like your wandering

In a goodbye kissing
The end
