I will always remember
That day
When I saw u

My little cold bones

For another breath-stealing reunion

I miss those days
Being sun-kissed
Going to that coffee shop
Where I find that old man
Every morning
Saying "good morning "
And asking how am I
I get a hot cup of coffee
And a morning smile
That refreshes all the good feelings
In my way home
I let my feet choose
Where they want to go
What road they want to take
I see how the wind moves the tree leaves
And the petals of those white flowers
In front of an old couple’s house
How those dandelions
Growing next to an abandoned home
Completing the view of that white wall
Like they are part of it
I miss those walks
When there is just me , my coffee and the blue skies
Walking around
Making that nice eye contact with strangers
Followed by a smile
And never seeing them again
My feet took me to these places
My memory  took me  back to visit
I seized the moment

Heart in a bottle
Smoke in the air
Soul in a cage
Black and white tears
Dried out thoughts
Hazy melodies
Here and there
Spirit floating over body
Mind wondering how is it to feel alive

She was the only beautiful thing
In her dark world
Bodies were falling apart around her
Since her childhood
She couldn’t read or write
But she was the book thief
She stole “  the gravedigger’s handbook   “
And when she was asked
She said -it wasn’t always mine-
She met a bird
Who was forbidden from life
From seeing the sun and the daylight
She described it for him
The weather, the day
The coldness of the snow
The heat of the sun
Painted the pages of a book
Then she wrote her own story
The book that the bird gave her
And said “write , words are the only thing that make us humans”
She was living for books and words and lines
She lost all the dear souls
Under the left pieces of war
Except her book
And the bird

Far physically
Near spiritually
Even if I'm not there
Close your eyes
Take a deep breath
Listen to the rivers
Of blood
You will find me
Inside of you
Melted
Mixed with it
Flowing
So you can stay alive

When u love

Wishing they can give u
Just a corner in their hearts

After midnight

With my cup of coffee
With all the sounds in my head
With all the fantasy

I sat there under the moon
Under those three lined stars  that I like
Under that cold  breeze

With a gale of thoughts
I wish they are just like that breeze

With all the memories
That were here
In a dark room
In the back of my head
Waiting for the nice cold wind
To stimulate the memory
With sadness
With the  hope of having it back
To have me back
The old  unbroken me

We were young

We were meant to be
Meant to meet
In the heavens
In the seventh sky

When someone you love dies
Memory keeps on turning
The pages of "all the moments " you spent together...

He is my lucky charm, my daily dose of joy
His hair is a blend of shadow and light
dark as a starless night,
medium roasted coffee beans
when kissed by the sun.
His almond-shaped, chocolate eyes
and pink lips kissing me softly
like whispers of dawn
calling me to his side.

Each  morning, he greets me with "Hello my love"
a sweet reminder of the reasons I'm alive
His smile is a sunbeam
piercing through the storm clouds
looks of love warming my heart
like a hug after a long day.

His graceful presence
takes me away to a celestial realm
Where the world fades away
A twilight breeze sedating my soul
He is the colors of my sunset,
the hot coffee to my cold days
My flesh and bones yearn for his touch,
forever longing for his embrace.

I feel like
All the pieces
I was trying to hold
Are falling apart
Again

Maybe if I embroider my heart
With hope
It will bloom
Someday
