As I laid in his arms after the passion,
I placed my head on his chest,
the silence was deafening,
for his heart did not beat for me....

I pondered the world around me
Looking
Staring
Around to what was seen,
Then I happened upon a bird
"Just sitting watching me"
I waved once,
I waved twice,
It just put it head to the side
Maybe to get a better angle on me,
It tweeted
And left, the last I thought to see,
But where one once was, now I count
Two
Three
Four
Five now perched upon the fence
On the tree, I was getting a
"Alfred Hitchcock"
Vibe, with all little eyes looking at me,
I smiled an awkward grin, teeth did show
Scattered to the wind,
I closed my eyes, noises
Singing awoke a slumbering me,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
More birds, sitting on the fence,
But also congregating on the branches of the tree,
I waved once more,
Eyes watching upon me,
This is getting creepy
So I stood on all fours licking my teeth
And purred a
"QUESTION"
"Why do you congregate"
"And watch from a far upon me"
Tweeted words sung out to me,
"It just catches our attention that you being a cat"
Not once,
Not twice,
But three
"Times you have waved at us sitting"
Upon a fence,
Upon a tree,
"Childish games of youth"
I purred back,
I have a good life, I am not as wild
as you think, I wave to say hello
To listen to you sing,
"I walk up to the fence"
Pat once then two on the head you see,
"But there is a moral to this tale"
"What is that the birds sing"
As with reflects to fast to see
Not one
Not two
But three
Birds in mouth, they fly, flutter away
And with a mouth full I say
"Don't believe in what you hear or see"
"Were just more sneaky now"
Now shoo be gone, unless you wish
To all so ******* teeth upon your bodies.. and they flee.

CommonStory
segregate me, but I am only human

I have to power to change a future

Peace, love, war, and violence

I contain it all with my thoughts and actions

I'm not whole from the apparent soul that consumes me

A fruitless tree only bears vegetables for me

And poorly salted meats

Im not lost forever

I just lost my way

No one knows what it's like

Still Everyone shares the experience

But me, myself, and the person and the mirror

A rippling pebble cannot change the strangest tides

To try and try harder

To the brink of insanity

Its simply

Who we are

And what we'll become

I told him,
"If I could, I would gouge out my eyes,
so that you can see what I see.
I would rip out my heart,
so you could see who it really beats for."

He told me,
"If I could, I would chop off my hands,
so that you could touch heaven.
I would peel off my skin,
so you can be warm."

We traded our bodies,
and we learned where we stood.
I had the smell of his skin;
he had the beating of my heart.
there's really something about that boy in Algebra

The world that may exist
Yet to be explored
As we may not have imagined
What we have seen till now
The edges of covers
Maybe laying there, at some corner
Where we may not have reached
Or, it’s too close to us
Where our eyes do not see
Busy with our daily chores
Daily duties seeks our attention
We have woven our reality
Minds do not want to believe otherwise
The secret maybe in the bird’s calls
Or the animals behavior
Or in the nature’s upheaval
Are we listening carefully
Is it a figment of one’s imagination
Where does it germinate
If seeds were not planted
Somewhere in the distant past
Of what we have known till now
If it comes to a nought
From where we have started
Are we ready for a different world
Or, it’s preposterous to think otherwise
here’s another cat poem.

When the orphaned black kitten is shrinking
and sinking
and these hands are too inadequate
to stem the slide
and writing poems seem far easier
than filling the gap its mother left
this heart going through another break
another trek
downhill
for an uphill job
and as I lift it
feel its heartbeat
slowing
to a few grams
so putting it down
return to keyboard
feeling a little guilt
a little shame

as you rightly say
to write another cat poem.

Silence Screamz
Live together.
Breathe together.

Attack each other.
Destroy each other.
Wrote this after seeing the attack in Canada yesterday. So sad. RIP Soldier. Let this one trend.

I love history and are history but the history of the American civil war is special
You know when Ken Burns produced his documentary
The Civil War
In my humble opinion it was one of the greatest productions ever shown
What really got to me was the songs and the music
Songs from the South
Songs from the North
Songs and music from both sides
In those bitter years of death and destruction
Americans killing Americans
Music and song for many was the only panacea
The only escape
Many battlefield hardened men
Probably shed tears when that music played
And the songs were sung
I to get close to tears
When I think on mans inhumanity to man

Be brave
You already are
Look what you survived through
The wounds of your past have closed
The seemingly endless chapter ended
The dark bruises faded lightly
The battle left you scarred
And your still here
Be brave

I ran with the wolves
Howled at night's full moon
Ate my prey warm
With it's heart still pounding

But moon after moon passed
Alfa wolves rose and fell
And I no longer recognize
Original clan

They speak of me as the grey wolf
The ancient one who howls
Up above the highest peaks
The grey ghost of the ancient past

I sleep with the always cold
Looking down from the highest passes
Even with cloudy eyes
I still see
