Bow
Bow
Rivers of red
Flowing like veins
Rivers of red
Your moaning of pains

Grey hair dyed
Tips and ends fried
Like your fingertips tapping
My messages kidnapping

My feelings rotten
And emotions forgotten
Your stupid mind
Deaf, insensitive and blind.
My classmates are horrible.

Why is life so hard?
Im in bed
My face red
My eyes puffy
But my sorrows spoken of with my mother
The lights above my bed
Dangling
Like i feel
Like i do
Tears dried and teeth brushed
I wish for sleep to come
Why IS life so hard?? Why does being a poet not pay more? My talent is obsolete.

Never happy
Don't believe
Didn't leave my numbers
Okay. So. Kinda an exaggeration of our modern society. Are we really happy? Do we really need all of these numbers? Do they make us happy?

Minds and ink
An empty mind
Is like an empty book

Perception is our ink
That may fill that book

Pages written in scribbles
Of what our mind registers

None is readable
All is chaos.
My mind is chaos. All the time.

birds and balloons
White and black birds
Gather together
In a field
Mixing their colors
Like pawns on a chessboard

Drawn by their flight
My mind wanders
Like a balloon
Adrift in the wind
Let loose by a child

A sense of lost
What is lost
But just somewhere
Alone with too many thoughts
My mind wanders too much sometimes. It wanders so far that even I myself cannot catch it sometimes. Poems help me get my thoughts back through words. Thank you for reading.

Uncertain
Life is uncertain
Like a twig in the river
I'm swept away
Through waterfalls and whirlpools

And just as I believe
The water has calmed
You stir it with your spoon
Causing me to drown once again
Because life is uncertain

Arms
Silence is broken by a sigh
A sigh from a goddess
Her voice so pure and golden
Wraps around me

A lifetime worth of love
Pressed into my heart
A touch so soft and magical
Covers my skin

That goddess in front of me
With red locks of pure ruby
And eyes of emerald
Her skin so fair
Her hands so warm
Wraps her arms around me
As I scream for love

— The End —
