I love you today
As I loved you then
When it comes to tomorrow
I will love you again

Whatever you are, whatever I am
Let us just be. Together.
Then call it a day.  No, call it a lifetime.
I’m tired of smiling without you.

Even the days you feel your most broken, you will still be the only pieces I need.

Oh, how noble:
the sound of rain;
soothing flow
containing our pains,
and turning
them into simple water;
a seeping pleasure
that purifies all
with each consoling
crash.
Written in a thoughtful rainy day.

if you are the ocean
then I am the mist
that kisses the morning
the way I’d want
to be kissed

if you are the ocean
then anchors aweigh
we'll sail through the evening
and on to the light
the daystar is dawning
we'll keep to the right

like Peter and Wendy
to Neverlands' door
we'll sail on forever
and touch every shore

if you are the ocean,
come wash me away
to some misty morning
and there we will play

if you are the ocean,
then sing me a song
of sailors and treasures
and places long gone

if you are the ocean
come wash me away
to a place, together we’ll
forever stay...

Out by the handle
Into the cold

In with a candle
Brave and bold

Out by the handle
Battered and sold

In with a scandal
Whithered and scold

Out by the handle
A little bit old

In with dirt sandles
Covered with mould

Out by the handle
To the door he hold

In with a hand drill
A true story is told

The hinges ******* off
love handles I hold
Told to me by a vagabond enjoy

Ever got up early in the morning
To stare at the beauty of sunrise

Ever stayed up all night
To gaze at the million shining stars

Ever spent a whole hour in the park
Talking to a complete stranger

Ever planted flowers on a place
You never intend to visit again

Ever fed cookies to the stray pups
And got your hands licked by them

Ever read a book so good
That it changed your entire world

Ever walked on wet grass
As the tiny dew drops tickled your feet

Ever shared your lunch with a hungry child
To see his smile reflected in your eyes

Ever loved someone so much
That it broke you apart when he went away
In the end, everything gets reduced to love

There is definitely something magical about first love
Butterflies in stomach, sleepless nights and the excitement of the first kiss.
The feeling of holding heaven in your hands
Like god is answering all your prayers
The way your cheeks flush scarlet when someone says his name
How your eyes twinkle like stars on seeing his picture flashing on screen
Your entire world brightens up with the glow of a thousand suns
You know, this wouldn’t last long but that doesn’t stop you
You keep falling deeper in love with each passing moment
Until the dream shatters like glass and reality steps in
Leaving you struggling with the broken pieces of your heart
This is the moment, you have to stay strong
For love is definitely not for the weak
You know what?!  You will fall in love again
Maybe not as passionately as the first time
Nevertheless, it doesn’t matter
‘Cause the flame of your first love will always stay inside you
Burning brighter minute by minute
Keeping you warm for nights and days
You can fall in love more than once but it's impossible to forget the person who taught you the meaning of love
They ask me a question every day,
They ask me 'Oh darling! How much do you weigh?'
And I answer this question every day,
I wish to tell them,
'I am not made up of flesh and bones,
I do not weigh on scales and stones.
I weigh the love letters never sent,
I weigh my heart I gave on rent,
I weigh all my insecurities,
I weigh Ganga's purities.
I weigh the prayers of my mother.
I weigh the hard work of my father.
I weigh the thirty-two-inch smile I carry and flaunt every day,
I weigh the fears which haunt me every day,
I weigh all the love I have for him,
And I am certain that weighs more than the stories I dream,
I weigh the fairytales I've read,
And I weigh the kindness I've fed.
I weigh my hope,
And I weigh my dreams.
I weigh my faith,
And I weigh my screams.
So I weigh the lightest I could ever be,
And the heaviest you could ever imagine being.'
But then in the end,
I murmur the words '47 kilograms',
A lean and skinny girl is what I am.
As a mortal you will die;
in exchange, a chance at life.
Though it is not guaranteed,
moments, are odds to be seized.
