Three Minute Warning

A messenger delivers
A three minute warning
As I lay in bed at 10:30 am
(Resting in preparation for,
not from, our oops, early morning hike).

Breakfast will be ready in 3,
Get your **** in gear or else
It will be cold, I'll be mad,
And you will answer to a
Higher Authority.

No problem cause I already know
All I need is two.

Splash water on my face
Now I'm presentable
enough to the human race,
current company probably won't be happy,
But I ain't telling her, are you?

Shave! You crazed?
It is a three day weekend,
Every day a July Fourth,
Celebrating freedom from the European tyranny,
Of shaving smooth  every day!

Splash water on my head, count with me,
Five brush strokes as you can plainly see
Is a classic case of overcompensating
In my geling n' hair stylin'

Brush my teeth, well,
I hope 2 full minutes of rinsing with  CVS
Green stuff, mouthwash, will have to suffice.

Blast my deodorant both sides,
Long and strong, wearin' now
My bold blue *** husk of musk,
Cause I am a very considerate fellow
Who happens to really have stunk.

Clean T- shirt and shorts,
Yes, clean underwear too,
Leaves me a whole minute to write this scribble.

My flip flop noises coming down the hallway,
Are the butler announcing our joint arrival,
Me and my poem.

Lest you think this is paean to men
Another grand male boast,
Be advised this ditty be writty
By a man who, while no longer gritty,
Just put jelly on his scrambled eggs
And ketchup on his toast!

Mmmmmmm there might be a poem
Lurking in that too...
Sigh, a true story.

What could be fun than going to the beach?
It’s sunny and hot
But we must find the right beach spot
As I lay on the beach
I notice a Male Bodybuilder walking across
He starting the flex his bicep muscles at full force
The male *** had applied oil, which made his body glisten under the sun
But because I was at the beach, it was time for some water fun
It was into the water for a swim
It was full summer and time to dig in
While I was in the water, that male bodybuilder was continuing to show off
I saw the male bodybuilder kick sand in another male’s face
I had to take a picture with no time to waste
But the male bodybuilder kicked sand into the wrong male face
Because the other male happened to big and massive with muscles as well by way of Wrestling
This would be something to see, a male bodybuilder, and a male wrestler battling on the beach
Forget the water, Beer and food
Prepare the camera for a duel
It’s about to be strength against strength
Push and shove begin at first
Then the Wrestler knocked down the male bodybuilder causing cheers being an outburst
The male bodybuilder tried to get up and continue, but knew he was no match for the Wrestler
The flex became perplexed
The male bodybuilder had no choice but to walk away
Now that was entertainment on the beach that day.

I think I'm in need of new ***
This one I've worn slap down to the bone
Its thoughts and its deeds no longer suit me
Now that I've gotten this old

I think that it's served out its purpose
Slowing down as it's nearing the end
Not losing all hope yet letting most of it go
As this body's no longer my friend

It'd take too much time to iron out the wrinkles
Best if they were all just replaced
With new and improved fancy free and foot lose
Feel free to start with the face

From there we could go any direction
Once down the front or twice round the back
Putting this body out of its misery
You can take that and chew on the fat

If there's someone out there who could help me
Blink twice or just give me a nod
Not looking here for man of the year
Just in need of a bit better ***

I'm the one with
"The good personality"
Ok looking
Average intelligence
Ok ***
Nothing like the girls you prefer
The one with the "good personality"
I use my personality as an excuse
for my purpose
Why should you like me
Well um.. I have a good personality?
'Good' personality
I have my flaws
I'm not perfect
But I'm good
Well, not good enough for you
But good just the same
I suppose
None of that matters though
The only one I'm trying to impress is you
I'm clinging to you
"Please give me a purpose"
I have a good personality
And I hope that's enough for you

Who says you can't arm twist yourself into doing practically anything? Victoria Beckham — stylish mum, fashion empire czarina and social diva — took that notion a **** few notches higher as she posted a picture of herself on a sofa on a photo sharing site, leg extended high above her head at 90 degrees. The picture went viral immediately with a huge buzz around her impressive flexibility. She captioned the photo, 'It's amazing what you can do in culottes...those ballet classes are paying off!' (sic) It's not the first time she has showed off her moves. Last year in Singapore too, she kicked her stiletto-clad feet into a high pose as she relaxed on a sofa.

These celebs are advocating it, too...

Posh Spice aka Victoria isn't the only one. British actress Kelly Brook showed of her flexi *** on her sitcom show. Actresses like Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston have also taken up exercise regimens that stretch their bodies to the limit. Angelina Jolie's workouts are said to include the stability ball leg, squats and kickboxing, known build flexibility and balance. Jessica Biel is a firm follower of her five days a week cardio with strength training and pilates classes that have been credited with getting her such a lean ***. And Megan Fox ensures she is flexible, too.

Advantages of being stretchy

Being flexible and stretching out is not the realm of just gymnasts, athletes or swimmers. Anyone can and should be like that, for it's not just before starting a workout that one faces tight hamstrings and a sore back and neck. These are issues that plague those with sedentary jobs as well. Thus, flexibility can help in gym training and dealing with the stressors of everyday life. It also helps the body to heal. Increased flexibility also leads to improved posture. Once the earlier tightness goes away you start to sit right and walk better, too.

How Much?Stretching muscles twice a week is enough to build overall flexibility.

For anyone

A common myth is that being flexible will only work with younger people. It is actually for anyone of any age

Exercises to help you get there

Chest dumbbells: Lie flat on a bench, holding dumbbells in either hand. Now lift the dumbbells overhead together and slowly bring them back. This stretches the pectorals.

Abs stretch: Sit on the ground with the ankles facing each other and the knees flexed. Now put pressure on the knees and press them to make them touch the ground. Hold this for 20 seconds and repeat.

Shoulders delt: Hold the elbow of one arm with the other hand and pull the elbow across the chest. Hold and repeat for the other hand.

Curling cat: Kneel down on all fours and curl the back upwards in the same position. Hold this and start again. This increases flexibility of the back.

Hamstring stretch: Place your leg on any raised area in front you, like a stool or chair. Now, extend it straight without bending the knees and bend the torso to touch the toes. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat.Read more at:www.marieaustralia.com/formal-dresses-brisbane | www.marieaustralia.com/formal-dresses-melbourne

I will never get married because marriages don't last.
Being a product of divorce blows big chunks all the time.
You tell your parents how you feel and they say
"we will discuss it dear" but they never do it.
My mom was always on her cell phone talking her
tmi friend who tells all  and how she and strangers
she meets placing personals have fun in her boudoir.
Don't reach for a thesaurus means her bedroom.
It's gross trying to get ready for classes and hearing
your mom talk about *** and big **** plastic surgery
she wants to get to keep her girly figure right and tight.
I got body image issues due to her can't stop looking
for flaws and wrinkles ******* mental complexes.
Need therapy much dumb and vain mother?
Could be why dad found a younger version of you
in evil ***** clone he lives with who loves his fat wallet.
No way can that someone with a hot *** want his
gray hair with more than one bald spot and flabby abs.
He works out but he's got a *** that quit even when
he spends hours exercising at the gym and dancing
trying to be my age saying old **** getting jiggy with it.
I think **** me now when he says that and I hate my life.
I feel messed up in the head because my parents hate
who they are and I hate myself most days because that's
what I learned from them. Should I go out and have
*** with as many men as mom and her friends? Should
I meet guys off the internet like mom now does? Should I
meet a man who will take care of me like the woman
dad is with who loves his fat wallet and great job
and be the kind of woman my dad likes? Would dad
be proud if I wanted surgery to get huge ***** like vain mom?
Would mom care if I had *** with a guy in the back of
his pick up like she bragged to her friend about? Would
my teachers care if I sat in the back and cheated like the
girl who gets answers from tests in exchange for quickies
in cars during lunch. She is tardy for the party and class
a lot. Teachers don't notice what's happening in schools
and they don't freaking care if I study my *** off
to get the same grades and I don't sleep with all the jocks.
Maybe I should because I'm messed up in the head at 18 and
nobody cares about me but me and that's a short list.
Have friends but they have some of the same body
issues and mental ones like me. I'm messed up in the
head because I get accused of having *** and I'm still
a ****** but thinking about giving up the goods to
the one I met through personals. He wanted to cmid and
I proved I'm legal. On the fence about giving away my
virginity. Too ****** bad my mother and dad are
busy and have mental issues and have no time for the
girl they dressed up when she was a tyke but forgot about
when she needed a training bra.

Wishful thinking and a smattering
Freckles sprinkled across her cheek
A winking *** brought tight aloft
A slick line of buttery soft
Feathery light against my find
A curve brushed with a fingertip
My smile flipped slid away
Her mouth flashed a blurred flirt
She touched the flush
That brought the heat her lips flicked
Eyes closed with a bunched fist
Hair tangled as her fingers wove
Lips parted brushed a last kiss
Heat gone left with frayed thoughts
Wishful thinking as she slipped away

It was 8:45 after my bathe
I dried my *** and put my favorite moisturizer
Looking at my reflection I’m feeling ****
So I put red lipstick on and decided to wear my see-through lingerie

I went to distract my husband playing virtual game, PUBG specifically
He drew attention to me — his hand is caressing my face, you’re gorgeous he said
He then pressed his lips against mine and started talking...
Talking back to his playmates about what strategy are they going to use
So I went to bed to write this lol
It’s the funny reality of being married. It was his last game for the night so I decided to eat chocolate while waiting. Haha just love!

"Alright!", I said. " I'll write all night"
while clinging to my coffee cup
but sleep my body could not fight
convinced my mind to give it up.

and mind came back with one swell punch
these thoughts won't keep until the day
but slumber promised body lunch
Just put it down, and back away!

These thoughts which long for font and pen
are stronger than fatigue's attack
and rising up will win again
just offer *** a midnight snack.

but sleep and hunger spoke their mind,
to mind and body, we are friend
we're just as smart as we are kind
without us both would be your end!

So sleep I do, it beckons me
before the midnight toll is nigh'
and eat my veggies one two three
and mind and *** are feeling high!

Just feel don't know
Need love want hope
End up all alone
End up in a retirement home

Taste heart smell sun

Run into guy with a gun
Run in the convent be a nun

Worship jesus worship god
Hate the devil hate the rod
Celibate and frozen solid
No one ever sees your ***

Age wrinkle die alone
Empty heart empty throne
Wasted life on fake credo
Now you die, now you go

I found peace,
on  water's ample *******,*
the river cascaded,
plethora of questions,
the fervent lover,
wanting to know more and more
though she knows me
body and soul, in and out,
from the days
I was small.
We became lovers
at the first sight,
tickling my ***'y secret places
she taught me, alphabets
of a woman, one by one
now I can read each,
a cryptic tome, full of
secret murmurs and symbols,
hieroglyphycs, Sanskrit,
all rich, obscure languages.
My river, the quintessential woman,
power of meandering serpent, immense
her hands supple,
fingers, mischievous,moving,
which make my mouth go dry,
with the pleasure that erupts in me.
Embracing her cool waters
I come alive,
even when my heart is on fire.
We have spoken to each other
long long hours,
spilled every secret, forbidden wish,
made sure depths of each is  filled with
the scent of other,
I found my peace on the bed of water,
where I  had spilled my seeds first, ecstatic
never forgotten that moment, ever.

my younger sister
never allowed fun
to limit her imagination.
at a mere five years old,
she decided she wanted to become an ice cream truck driver
at six,
she wanted to save the world.
seven,
she wanted world peace.
eight,
world peace.
nine,
world peace.
ten,
love.
eleven,
a boyfriend.
twelve years,
nine months and three days,
lighter skin.
i remember her
questioning days in pre-school
what color am i? she’d ask.
and her inquisitiveness
never allowed black to be accepted
as a proper answer.
Ruthie, we share the same color
but not the same complexion.
too much melanin, not enough skin.
the people in your pigment are waiting for a prayer
to be prayed back to the hands that once found
power in praying.
let not the lashes of historical context blind judgment.
they oppressed our kind.
feared the golden in your flesh
so they bore a color wheel of acceptable shades
and suggested brown be bad.
she laughs at black jokes, but don't be one.
and somewhere between spanish sailboats
and slave ships
you lost the strength in stride.
you let them white-wash your worries
and bury your woes in waste.
they beat her blue until she bled acceptability,
not blackness.
But
pale isn’t perfect
and black isn’t bad.
embrace the dirt in your darkness
for what could explain the foundation
that fertilized your fancy
better than you?
your people stomped on grounds
they called home
and sprouted seeds of
brown
black
beautiful
babies,
you.
she questioned God’s existence today.
she questioned why her skin tone was
the color of disease,
but she knows not the shade of ailment.
our culture brought freedom
to a situation where we could only see *******.
I want to tell her to not hate God,
not even close,
not even a little bit,
not even at all.
that our black is not rooted in shame.
that she should not feel ashamed,
or silenced,
or transparent.
I want to tell her to
enjoy the diaspora in her Africa.
she's thirteen today.
Nourish your plateau sister.
Find the strength in your coffee,
and never ever let the brown in your *** stop dancing.

Hands entwining heads held high
Strength together striving forward
Eagerly stride into light
Future paths extend before them

Thinking of You Apr 2014
It's funny how something as insignificant like a roll of fat in your mid-section or a lack of a thigh gap can make someone have such harsh judgements on someone.
You could be the most amazing girl in the world, but if you don't have a rockin' *** you will be overlooked.
You can be a complete idiot with a great figure and guys will fawn over you like you are life changing.

So it's okay if you don't think i'm good enough, or that i'm worth it.

Because i'm going to lose weight this summer, for me. And then you're going to realize I am the whole package. That you can't have.

You will try. Because I now have the body and the brains.
But it will be too late.
You won't be able to get the hotter version of me.
Too late.
You ****.

He did not deserve me-
Though he ended up with me, out of pure loneliness
On one end,
And horiness on the other-
He didn’t deserve me.
I am a strong and free woman,
Head held high,
Walking proudly through the crowd
Of judgement.
He wanted to cage me,
To tame me.
Maim me when I misspoke
With the ****** misconduct
Of his ****.
Left his mess for me to mop
And drug his palm against my face
When I didn’t do it quick enough.
I’m into some sick and twisted stuff,
But that doesn’t mean I have to dedicate my life
To a sick and twisted person.
He saw an opportunity and abused it,
Completely.
Ruined a Led Zeppelin album
Because he needed quick pleasure.
A sin.
To me, it was torture
Beyond any measure.
There is no safeword to stop him
From using me that the repeated
Shouting of the word “no”
Shouldn’t override.
Sobs and dry heaving
And unlimited tears that darted down my cheeks
Every time he forced himself
Deeper inside of me
Couldn’t trump a measly “safeword”.
Sneering down at me,
Forcing my legs open
As he stole the one thing
I’d always asked him not to take away-
My trust in men as an entire gender.
And of course,
Something as simple as getting off quick
Could never seem that complicated,
That complex,
In his miniscule male mind.
He came and went-
Dipped to college,
Got with new girls after
Shaving his beard off once he left,
Revealing that he was still a boy
All along.
Under the dad *** of the year
And sneer that was covered
In ****** hair,
Starred a scared boy
Right back at me.
He drinks to numb his pain
While I’m back at home with
A broken liver.
And it’s more of a slap in the face
Than finding out earlier
That he was cheating on me
The entire time
Anyway.
Stings.
More than the quick slaps
Across the face
I’d receive for
Disrespecting him.
He texts me-
On the day my crush,
My other half that I’ve yet to meet
Sends me an update on his life.
Cuffed in Mississippi
For a plant.
Mississippi-
The same place my sister went
After getting strung out.
The place I was at
When my little survivor pup
Was hit by a pickup.
There’s nothing good
In the big Miss.
Only terrible roads and greasy food.
On the other end, the runaway ******
Was telling me he was trying to
“Better himself”.
Asked if we were okay,
And then proceeded to make the conversation
About himself,
As he’d proudly done so many times before.
How stealth-
Can’t find a better man, she lies.
Hands tied,
Just like i’d asked you to,
But more than that.
In my mind, as well.
You’ll rot in hell
For what you did to me.
No, I didn’t go after him.
No, I didn’t tell anyone at first.
No, I never told his college.
What the **** would you even go to college
In Ohio for?
Cornologist?
No, I didn’t pursue him further after…
It.
Karma is my friend.
And I have all the time in the world,
Curing myself,
Not drinking myself to death
And sleeping with every man
Big enough to swing his **** around.
I’m bettering myself, too.
Even if I’m not allowing him to see.
Answer me this:
Besides those great lips
And their humor so crass
That beautiful ***
And hella hot ***
With its flawless facade
Your mastery of jokes
And all else that stokes
The desires of men
Like us into sin

What else have you got?
Everything we dream of?
Quite a claim, that's a lot!
Erica Sooter Dec 2012
If I could get on a plane right now, I would.
Leave everyone and everything behind;
making my own destiny
from the wings in the sky.
I want to prove you all wrong
I want to prove myself wrong.
Overcoming complexes born into me.
My fight is hard
but i do not want to be
what genetics and family history
tell me I will be.
I'm going to break that trend
change my name
change my game
I'm going to rewrite this story.
Honesty.
That's what drives me to be
I want to hear truths,
not sugar-coated compliments
that make me doubt sincerity.
Why is it so hard for me to believe?
I'm gonna fly.
Airports feel like home to me
people leaving
people coming.
"Someone's last goodbye
blends in with someone's sigh"
you're either going off
or coming home.
My soul roams
looking for faces I don't know;
trying to guess their stories.
I AM good enough
I may not talk your ears off
have a hot ***
or stand out brilliantly
but I am enough.
Those who cannot see
are blind.
There will always be
the enemy
trying to bring me down.
Self-worth is my weakness
and he knows it.
But I have my armor, I have my sword
I have my cunning wit.
This war is mine.
This war is yours.
How invisible it all seems
and yet it is here
bursting from my very own seams.
Take my hand.
Do you feel the electricity
humming in my bones?
Jumping off a dock
the icy water
jolts my heart
and I feel alive.
Your hand strong in mine
run with me.
My clumsiness
causes me to trip.
Often.
Some say enduring
I say annoying.
If I had wings
then I could fly
and not trip upon uneven ground.
Stairway to freedom
to feel the wind on my face
and in my hair.
A car rushes to sunnier shores
music blasting
lungs filled with songs
as we speed down that old highway.
Camaraderie.
A family truer than my own.
I'm at home on the road
sea salt on our skin
stories by a fireside
the stars as blankets
friends as pillows.
A feeling of unconditional
love
friendship
truth.
That does not often
weave itself
into the patterns of
daily life.
Brothers and Sisters,
though not by birth
are almost of a better kind;
you have to find them
and enchant their hearts
as they do yours
with no ties of blood
keeping you together.
My space.
My place.
My spot in life
is wherever I currently stand
or sit
or sleep
or think
or love
or dream.
Here I am.

Polished black
granite floor,
like a man's
muscular ***,
craves for you--
for the heat
your lotus feet
transmit on it.

Generous,
you gift
a linear array
of foot prints
diagonally
across it.

Following
close behind
I step aside
not to walk up on
your foot prints,
fearing diffusion
of  the epigraphic
arrangement .

Inward curve of your feet
and shape of the toes
make vapor contoured imprints:
cryptic love messages
for my pining heart--
seeing the easy dance
of your feet ,
captured on the floor,
I imagine.

Like Most People I Try...
To Show GOOD Judgement... !!!

But It's Easier Said...
Than Done For Sure... !!!

Like Patience... ESCAPING...........................
POOR Judgement Is Stationed...
Right Next To IMPATIENCE...
And NOT Being... WISE...
When It Comes To The Vibes...
You CHOOSE To Live By...

POOR Judgements Breed FIGHTS... !!!!!
And SNIFFING THOSE Lines...
That BLOW UP Weak Minds... !!!

Whose Judgement's UNWISE... !!!

These Days I Now Find...
That Judgements Can BLIND...
Your Mind From The TRUTH... !!!

Most Now Use Their Eyes...
As If They're SHUT TIGHT... !?!

So Are Therefore INCLINED...
To... Mentally BIND...
Themselves Into Lives...
Where NONSENSE and LIES...
Are What They LIVE BY... ?!?

The Question Is... " WHY "... ?

It Seems Cos' Most Judgements...
Are Now Fuelled By... PRIDE... !!!!!!

And... Modern Day Platters...
Like Whose Lives Should MATTER... !?!
... Black Peoples' or Whites... ???

As If There Aren't Colours...
of... DIFFERENT Types...
In Our HUMAN Kind... ?!?

Which PROVES That Some Smother...
THEMSELVES From Their Brothers...

Yeah HUMANS That's Right... !!!!!!

A Lot of BLOODSUCKERS...
Now ROAM Human Kind...
WITHOUT Facing JUDGEMENT...
Because of Their CRIMES... !?!...

From Police To Our Leaders...
To... SICK Paedophiles... !!!!!!!!!!!

Who KEEP Running A RIOT...
With Young Peoples' Lives... !!!

Who SOMEHOW When JUDGED...
For... ABUSES and CRIMES...
Are NOT Made To SUFFER...
By JUDGES And OTHERS...
Whose Voices DON'T Rumble...
Like Boxings' Mike Buffer... !!?!!

They QUICKLY GO Silent...... ?
When People Face VIOLENCE... !!!
Because of THOSE SIRENS...
That Now Harbour TYRANTS... !!!!!!

Who Wear UNIFORMS...
And KICK UP A STORM...
Whenever Their Judgements...
Are Brought To THE FORE... !!!!!

The Judgements They're Bringing...
May Breed... " Civil War "... ?!?
That Has NO Web Slinging...
Or... HEROES Who SOAR... !!!!!!!!!!!

But VILLAINS Whose Law...
Is Making Blood POUR... !!!

So Here Is The SCORE...

MY Judgement Is THIS...
What Are They GOOD For... !?!

If You DON'T KNOW The Song... ?
I Think Something's WRONG... !!!

Wars Are POOR Judgments...
ENFORCED Over NONSENSE... !?!
As I Said... BEFORE... !!!!!

PRIDE Is The Key...
That LOCKS Peoples' Chi... !!!

From Those NOW Gum RUNNING... !!!
Role Models Like... " Upton "...
Who CLEARLY Are JUDGING... !!!

When She Should Say NOTHING... !!!

Cos' When Police FUNCTION...
I'm Pretty **** SURE...
That She DON'T Feel TRUNCHEON...
When She's There At Luncheons...
Where Anthems Be RUNNING... !!!

That PLAY For DUMB ******...
Whose Actions AREN'T PURE...
When They Reach FOREIGN Shores... !!!!!

And HISTORY SHOWS...
How Their Anthems Then STOLE...
MORE Than... Pots of Gold... !!!!!

They STOLE Rights From People...
Who CLEARLY Were Feeble...

So Made Some POOR CHOICES...
INSTEAD of USE Voices...
To WARD OFF Their EVIL... !!!!!!!!

Which They SHOULD of Done... !!!

Instead of... BECOME...
A People Who Kneeled...
When WHIPS Were The SHIELD...
That THESE Anthems Stemmed From... !!!

So LISTEN Ms. Upton...
Just STICK To Your Function...

To... PUT ON Your Thong...
And SHOW OFF Your ***'...

If Kneeling's A PROBLEM...
Then You Should STAND UP... !!!

Cos' Judgment Will Come...
For You And Your GODS... !!!

SOLDIERS And COPS...
Whose Songs Play At GRAVES...
of People They've SLAYED... !!!

While IGNORANCE Claims...
SUPREMACY Chains...
That YOUR Forefathers Made... !!!

Aren't THEY A DISGRACE... ?!?

I Guess NOT To THEM...
When They Chose VIOLENCE....
To FUEL Their Anthems... !!!!!!

So That's Where I'll END...

NOBODY's Above...
Facing... Being JUDGED... !!!

But DON'T Let Your PRIDE...
DEFINE What is Right...
Or Be What Supplies...
Your... INNER MIND's Eye... !!!

Because You May Find...
That... WAY Down The Line............................... ...................

That You're LACKING Substance...
That Leads To... POOR...

..... " Judgement ".....
Kaepernick's actions, certainly stoked the fire in quite a few people, however, judgements made by certain individuals, just did not make the grade !

So, these words were written just for them, because some people really shouldn't be so quick to do it !

Comparing muscles at school after a dip in the pool
Who'd hit puberty first with some hairs around their tool
And wishing it would hurry up as being the bald fool
But these things pass and are all soon forgotton
The leaders will rise while some sink to the bottom
Let them lead as I'll get by with my broken foreign
As age chases us down in a time not so prepared
Living life without a care
We goofed, we played, we dared
Now comes the time that we did scare
The paunch becomes the launch of a middle-age crisis
No more nights of depravity waking with a no-name in the local Ibis,
Time to lose weight and sign up to the Weight Watchers list
Gone are the days of tight tops, slim jeans and a part of the MOD's
From a week on site, mucking up and carrying the hod
Pack in the the Friday treat, the chips, the curry sauce and the cod
For I now have the middle aged familiar thats said
Give up in the carbs, the rice and the bread
As I now have that of what I did dread,

on the tabloid elites

just out of bed, hair on his head
matted and messy, way better than said
your public is waiting and verging on vexed
"stay tuned for more selfies",  you casually text.

stand by the mirror and pose for your followers
leading them into the worship of men
drawn to the sight of your bare naked belly
this bowl full of jelly is quaking, and then

she's worked out like crazy, perhaps she just clazy
spray-tanned and bare butted
tattooed and nare studded

but don't stop, you're on top and making your money
and laughing right back, since we're also quite funny

we once wore our hair all pulled up or with mullet
thought no one was laughing, we knew we were cool
and now all the stuff which we wore gone forever
or passed off as costume, just vintage, old school
where somebody bought it from some smelly thrift shop
and wore it again with a sense of true style
the polaroid pictures we took at the bus stop
that camera is back and will be for a while

Stand at the mirror and smile for your camera
not really getting that folks can be odd
some are perverted, while others disturbed
and still others are cranky and smelling like cod.

Someday you'll grow up, a mommy or daddy or maybe
a granny once shaking her *****
or maybe a pop-pop
and scoff a their moptop
and laugh with your grandkids

Gynecology on parade:

Sé pa pou ayen ni on proverb ki ka i konsa:

Pa jen jouwé domino épi on frégat si ou ka dwouéy on biten.
You'll never know a fairer pod,
Than when you meet a therapod;
For a therapod will care a lot
And doesn't want to scare a ***.

So if you chance to meet a therapod,
Don't think that it's a terror pod –
A therapod is a rarer sod,
Unless you meet a pair o' pods.
Feels a little forced, but I still like it. Happy Dinovember!
