Sweet baby go brush your teeth
Wash your hair and get back to sleep
It didn't matter I'm not cured
They took the pills that I need to sleep
And washed it down with the carrot juice
All in all it made me puke
The colors of sunset and rise
The smell of *** were all around
And I don't pull out

I keep on painting sunsets
with acrylic glaze
that remind me of the fiery
passion we both shared
when we were together.

Some steel blues and warm violets
remind me of the tears I cried
and the jewels you gave to me.
The golden yellow hues bring me
back to the Boston skylines
we photographed together.

Whenever I hear a plane overhead,
I wonder if you're on it coming
back for me. To plead for me.
But I know better than to keep
wishing upon them as if they
were stars granting my desires.

I dreamt everything turned the colour of yellow dying trees.

Favorite color yellow.
Yellow means healing.
Broken veins
Not all caused by "bumps" into now bent lockers

The lines in between the green are full of dirt and human feces, but I find comfort.
  Yellow, bright as the sun, but they don't blind me.
  Red, hot with anger and hate, but they don't burn me.
  Grey, fading to a dim, cold, colorless stone and yet is still my silver lining
