You have the prettiest eyes.
Your intelligence makes you even more beautiful.
I love how you never get tired of my silliness.
I love that you love my humor.

When we are apart it makes me happy to think about how you'll always support me from afar.
In hard times you offer valuable insight into the eyes of a mother.

The moment you decided to have kids, you took the oath of a mother, and I will forever be grateful that it was your arms God placed me in.
Gifted to my mom along with a bouquet, a balloon, chocolate covered strawberries, and some of her favorite coffee for Mother's Day 2020

Make a difference.
For instance,
Walk an old lady across the street.
Say "hi" to every new person you meet!
How about you smile every once in a while,
Don't be so hostile!
Sit next to the lonely boy at school,
Maybe that's cool enough for you?
Write a "Thank you" note to your teacher.
Come on guy's it's not so hard,
Just start from the heart!
But, the lesson is..
Just be a leader.
How about we make a "difference"?

Every
Bygone year
Congratulates
For the graduation
And bids farewell
With warm regards
For future endeavor
Schooling us
What isn't right
Who we are not
Where we don't belong
What money can't buy
How to stay antifragile
What doesn't make sense
When all is done
And dusted
Genre: Observational
Theme: Guidance
Note: Schooling is not what is taught, it is a process of acceptance to learn.

A heartfelt thanks to all going
To work on the front line knowing
You are stepping into harms way,
Risking your lives every day
In caring for, and comforting
All those in pain and suffering.
For the fantastic job you do,
Stepping up when we needed you,
For the sacrifices you make
And the daily risks you take,
The country should never forget
We are forever in your debt.
You are true heroes all of you
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you…….

In thousands they stand to face the demon unseen.
Faceless they are but you know who I mean.

Doctors and nurses, shop keepers and drivers,
that give us yet hope that we may yet be survivors.

Churchill once said "so much to so few"
Now in this time we owe that tribute to you.

Without your brave stand then we all would sure fail,
you give cause for hope that we may yet prevail.

You fight for all that we love and those we hold dear,
Our world owes you so much for facing our fear.

It is a debt that in a lifetime I could never repay
with all of my heart, thank you so much, is all I can say.
The world now sees the mighty for who they really are. Those who carry us when we need to be carried. To all of you "essential" people thank you for caring for this non-essential soul.

the long road may be far
out of reach
but I count my blessings
a guide home

the setting skies
fall below
but the courage he gives
helps me live

i'm thankful for life
the mystery as it is
chasing dreams
being teenagers in the dark

home may be out of reach
yet in my heart
the miles are no matter
from point a to point b

Times may look like a mess
Staying in home, maybe a stress
The locked doors might irritate you
Surely, the empty shops and streets will too
But have you ever thought
How the poor would be fraught
The ones who may not have a home
Or those who temporarily jobless roam
From education some may be away
For them the skies might be gray
Its good we are stress free
And laying on beds
We read poetry
I hope you guys are laying on a bed and reading poetry😂

Poet: Dr Zik

A lovely and matchless gratitude expressing "Zinet" is in my mind.
Really we all say, "Thanks God".
