No age limit.
Freedom.
Strength.
GREEN!

Don't care if it's a hipster fad.
I Loved you far before the world.
Simplicity of my legs.
Yet so much power behind these things.

You make me throw my OCD needing to rhyme and flow completely out the window.
Well... Sort of.
And yeah, it bugs me that I'm now writing in complete sentences, but I don't even care anymore.

I care about my bike.
And the beauty that it brings to the world.

.
Woe for any town or village
Without alleys.  Pathways
Behind the glamour shops
And shut, work a day worlds
Of the weary, township mates
Who drown after their labours.

In the small, backyard keeps,
Alleys unhinge the moons'
Sorrows even before great
Mercies, breaks of sun. fall.
Alleys of gravel and earthy
Tar, are as veins communal.

Walk among stillness, only
To know what shines hidden,
See the unkept wild yards,
Bright flowers forsaken, yet
So full of life.  Hear new birds
Rehearsing ancient songplay
And be glad there are musics
To rouse and uproot a soul,
In the afterthoughts of day.

Simplicity
is difficult to construct
It comes naturally
or doesn't .

lo simple que es quererte

lo simple que es verte
y sentir tranquilidad

lo simple que es escucharte
y sonreir de mas

lo simple que es
lo que vale la pena
y tu lo disfrazas
de dificultad

I saw in you every possible potential. Every early warm meal by the patio—with every minute the flitted sounds of a subtle breeze— touching by us like a touch-less kiss. I saw every grit and wit there was in you like every other—but it was real and colorful and filled with the charm that every temptation could not compare. And there would be, these languid notes, as you lean to my left, and the view panning afar —and that so seemed— to make life as simple and perfect so more.
Someday,
my hands will be full
of callouses,

old
with wrinkles,
like ripples
in time.

The skin
will flake and dry,
and I
will give thanks
as I sleep.

Someday.
I don't know my ideal future, but I hope it will be judged by these simplest of variables.

Be a child again
come along with me
to make-believe and magic
hopes and fanciful dreams

that's where you'll find it
the peace you're looking for
when you drop your defenses
your masks and your schemes

just believe in fairies
elves and leprechauns
watch for rainbows
pick some flowers
dance out in the rain
sing silly songs
laugh and play

wave madly to a passing train**

find a world of simple pleasure
be a child again
come along with me
**I had an aunt who lived at the end of a street on a slight hill...below the hill was the train track. We loved to visit her because we knew we'd have a chance to listen for a train coming and run out and wave to it. When the caboose passed, we waved the hardest And when the conductor was there and waved back we were thrilled and felt so special. A favorite memory that's why I let that line have its own space. :-)
