Will you go?
To a place we both don't know,
Without time set
Even place, I bet
Just a date.
You and me,

Will you go?

*I hope so.
Crazy.
On misty recalled mornings
'pon a haze of vindication's wake
you can still hear their whispers
    echoing through distressed treetops,
they were lovingly planted midst
         meadow's wildflower embrace
gazing into the depths of surmise,
         planning their rendezvous to forever*

when her husband abruptly surprised them
with a double blunderbuss shotgun blast,
            right between their cheating hearts

~ *if you listen intently, their spirits
               linger still amid bluff's bluster

Maple buddings over
Our spring tryst has come and gone
Garden trees leaving

You and your shadow
In a silent rendezvous
Trying to figure out
The differences
In the images portrayed
Part of you
Many crossroads between
Within you so many events
Wants attention
Thoughts, feelings, emotions
Yet, shadow unperturbed
Unaware
Still claims to be your reflection
Maybe of contradictions
Imitating every intricate moves
But the mind and heart
Has a different story to narrate
Let’s infuse life in the shadow
And ask, how it feels
Life of a shadow
Should be an interesting anecdote
Ask the lights nearby
What the rays have nurtured
Shadow shall speak
For itself
Or about the accumulated stories
You went through
Is it a silent observer?
Or, just absorbs the negative emotions
Let it speak for itself
Unravel the truth with its narrative

The further in the reach will cry
To surface beveled wind and sky

Wade less in the pool of text
Encountering the dampest

Moments memories mind to feel
Things our tongues would test to say
To capture the appeal

Our questions answer paradox
As grapes did once conflict the fox

We hinder in the cold
As cinders dark behold
The beautiful unfolds
A hideaway foretold
Of fire and love consoled

Rescue now the winds of time
Along the waters level

Explanations taunt with the tides
Fleeting affection at shoreside

Ever push and pull we are
Fragile such as fading stars

In voice our chords have failed to brace
What lips would speak to chase and chase

New memories will we soon create
Our hideaway at sundown waits

Meet me before the dawn breaks free
Beneath sacred sycamore tree
Our great escape in midnight's cape
With Spirit resting peacefully

They are the parallel lines that meet
In the cerebral heat
All that chatter
Everything that matter
Creates life
Without the power of knife

In the rumble of their feet
It's nonsense that they defeat

They are the parallel lines that meet
In the cerebral heat
One of my personal favourites

I will change your life,
your pensive rendezvous, and
that poppy-seed lean.

Awake throughout the night
I gaze at the canopy above
Lit with numerous twinkling stars
Making me feel like a star
As if the stage is set for me to ponder
The luxury of the quietness, is priceless
At night, the mind seems the brightest
When the fountain of thought overflows
Replenishing the queries of the heart
The busy mind slows down
A rendezvous between the mind and heart starts
That is only when my doubts are cleared
I am a silent audience, listening to the reasoning
The heart and the mind are my guides
Providing me the guiding light, for the road ahead
And the night seems brighter compared to day
As consciousness gets a new lease of life
To get me through another journey, the next day
And the night is a reminder, it’s there for me
To host me at the center stage, showering me with stars
By night, I prepare for another day**

Her serene face, lovely sleepy moon,
framed by long tresses of dark curly clouds
on which he traces pelagic  memories
remains focused on his, for a while,
then,
her eyes, lovely restless beetles, sweetly
buzz around his eager lips, swollen with desire.

Closer she comes, he loves that coquettish look
on her face, how cheeky, the moves she make
as if she is game for the tryst, right now
whatever it takes from her part. it's clear.
How love makes a simple maiden, daring!

Dark beetles bring him memories of pollen,
mingled scents that cover her body head to toe,
now her lips are on his, exploring gently its contours
when teeth and swirling tongue too join in,
the cravings of unbridled horses of amour
they both come to be aware, when eyes involuntarily close.

When the red eyed embers of love turn to flames,
love boils in their cauldron, they rediscover passion,
as if they are green horns, once again in the enchanted woods
in this land of cupid, where the love rules are hurriedly rewritten.
