you dyed the lawn pink
when you spilled your lovely, flowery words.

you filled my home with the color red
with an exciting, loving hue. with you.

you added rainbows to black and white movies
more vibrant than i could ever imagine.

but then, your green lights began to flash yellow and red
causing me to be unsure about my every move.

blue skies turned grey and filled with tears
like a sunny saturday sabotaged with a sudden storm.

you stained my bed orange
eternally drawing attention to where you no longer lie.

and you painted me a royal purple
royally *******, yet, mysteriously still wanting you.

you taught me how to live a life, filled with color
only to wreak black and white havoc in my life.

you left me feeling more color blind than ever
and in a dark, colorless shell of my former self.

After a thunder storm, a rainbow appears
for me
it's the complete opposite
I get the rainbow before the thunder begins
and it makes the storm feel much longer

You have to go through the storm
Before you can see the rainbow.
Please stay and experience the rainbow with me.
Don't ever let anyone make you think
That you can't make it through the storm.

You are infinitely colourful,
Touching the ground in two places.
Sometimes more,
Sometimes less.
I welled up when I saw you
and climbed a mountain
- I couldn't see you through the grey
but I was closer
You were with me
My brothers, the sheep,
Who knows how your colour,
Your beauty,
Touched their hearts,
if it lingers as it does in mine.
Rain and hail may erode, in time,
the rainbow at the back of my mind,
but they didn't on that day and they haven't since.

Yesterday the snow!
On the ground crunching like a good apple
Pasted on the trees like moss,
Painted upon each limb, some Bob Ross
Magic, white hill, white trees,
Pure sun, makes even the breeze glow!
Trees drop snow like the leaves
of last season, little by little,
and it falls to gently settle
in the back of my mind with you.

Warmth and colour,
the miracle of my summer,
Rest and play in the back of my mind
With the perfect winter's day,
Never to melt or fade into grey.

Love you so much
I hate to see you in pain
I want to paint a rainbow
Over this pouring rain
I sent rhis to Tay once when he was upset about something to try and cheer him up

Paper flowers upon Ivy walls
Dark gray skies weep tears from above
A rainbow of colors flow
My step daughter and I made paper flowers
