With non-sense talk
So close to connect

Just wondering
Genre: Observational
Theme: Age Factor

I leave it open
but can't you tell
usually, I'd wonder
did i fail, to make you want to
to really care
trying to break borders
so we can sail
but we're off too far from the shore
hope we don't crash
and the waves come to attack the core
so we can't bother
it won't last

but i don't close it
I never will
wish i could but waters come and swell
they never fade they say
just move away
to come back and play with us
another day
And may being so open
won't hold much pain

i just don't want this to decay
it's open so come back to play, okay

daydreams take us away
into far of worlds and other days
an immersive play within ones mind
full of many things they wish to find
journeys bring us far and wide
to see sights that are incredible
from sentient robots
to fire breathing dragons
there are no limits to what one can imagine

Quiet wind
Can you hear me?
I can't see very clearly.
Why are you so distant
Tonight
My blanket fails
to warm me tonight
Blow away this troublesome
Day
And let us play,
again,
Tonight.

id like to think
that you never left

id like to think
that i didnt hear the reverberation of the door
closing in on the two of us.

ive made a fort
out of unwanted memories
i desperately try to keep at bay
but they keep on calling out to me like it was a graveyard
reaching for victims
bewitched by consternation

broken mirrors,
mangled sheets,
drive thrus in the ungodly hours, awkward silences,
cut outs of what we shared together —

those things
could never compare with
how i feel so at home
with another being's body before

all my life,
all i ever did
was give such tumultuous love
and receive none of it back.

so id like to pretend
even though
i am constantly marred by reality.
sad hours
dear little princess-
may I ask your name?
to go and never know it
would be such a shame

little heart, little fighter
can you share your dreams?
a world of pastel color
or so it seems

little angel- don't fret
visions of nightmares and regret

just look and reach for love beyond the stars
oh bless her heart- a child's prayer against war
oh hear our prayers from afar
