There are phrases that I cannot explain when I speak to you.
Maybe it's  just a thought or maybe I've gone soft.
Like the clouds thinking its cotton candy, passed memories made
shadows

Tears that
made Rain.

Roses I met indeed,
but let here rose peddles leading my scents to other messes.
My passion became no more an made the seas quiet.
Juliet WAS the name for all my lovers.
Juliet WAS only a costume to hide there names.
An empire I created with flirts
But it BURSTED -
out into flames
an became my worse nightmares
an my worst pains.
Trying to cover the sun with just a finger
Blindly out shined by it's own beauty.
A Mystery
Where misery has chased me,
An started to become Happy endings.
Errors paint my screen beneath the dark
Unworthy to ever press spellcheck.

Maybe is a curse of ur endless beauty
or has my eyes seen through  your purity.
A world of matters
Where I have dissolved my pasted.
To tell my thoughts that they have never forgotten you.
An say opportunities come rarely,  an let me be your overcoat when NightFalls.

                                    Sincerely
                                          Yours Truly

Of two juveniles engrossed each other's hearts.
Where therefore thee an exquisite love awaits,
The velocity of the winds went across and mold a grandeur flow
With the world that's against their tranquil love,
A ravishing tragic begins.

Youngsters who thee behold charm and ethereal presence,
Who seek of pure love in such of an innocence.
The total madness of the air entered their silent souls,
The flesh of faith remarked the comprising truth.
The pleasure of no grandiloquence but with nothing to forestall.

Stared at the windows of their souls,
And a flamboyant heartbeat was born.
Of thousand nights that detained two lovers,
Shallow and deep words were uttered before.
No one can cease their hearts all alone.

Oh love, not eradicated by the broken winds and fiery wounds,
An intense merge of faith of thee I know was true indeed.
To love showed transparency of the world they could not know.
How are they supposed to pass these through?
And of a hombre who took his best all along and will always prove.

Who knows of their love that exists?
Exists in a cloistered world where no one shall deplete
Neither of them was a catalyst and both just cherished memories.
No art of atrocity was privileged.
An unmitigatedly deprived love was opt to be conquered.

To the cycle of this tragic love,
Made a quest of a lifetime where no one broke the chains of thee.
With blood, sweat, and tears,
Of galaxies they thought would collapse beneath the scarcely theme.
'Till death do they part.

Their souls were dead right before their naked eyes have seen,
The immersed blood of vengeance remained at the state of a deafening silence,
The living ghosts crashed their nightmares and killed themselves because of an intense love they always prevail.
Now one day, beside the heaven they seek
Death brought them back together and in the name of love their fate was written in their blood forever.

Romeo, can't you see?
She doesn't deserve you d̶o̶ ̶I̶?̶
She doesn't deserve how you replay your memories of her:
How her lips felt upon yours
The way the sound of her laughter echoes e̶c̶h̶o̶e̶s̶ e̶c̶h̶o̶e̶s̶ e̶c̶h̶o̶e̶s̶
The way her hand fits yours
How your world revolved around her
Stop, she isn't yours anymore

Romeo, can't you see?
She took a part of you when she left
Leaving behind shattered pieces of your barely beating heart
Can't you see?
She is the epitome of a lie
Toxic that takes over the blood in your veins

Romeo, can't you see?
You're killing me
Your words like shattered glass upon my bleeding heart
Your doubts and insecurities, the sight of your misery, torturing me
You are more than enough
You deserve more m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶g̶i̶v̶e̶
Maybe love wasn't meant for me but it was for you
M̶y̶ ̶h̶e̶a̶r̶t̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶s̶

Romeo, can't you see?
How mesmerizing your smile is
How it would light up the whole universe and you wouldn't even notice
How the sound of my name rolls off your tongue like honey
How I feel the entire zoo in my stomach with just one look
How much you're affecting me
Can't you see how madly in love I am?
C̶a̶n̶’̶t̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶s̶e̶e̶ ̶m̶e̶?̶

Romeo, can't you see?
I̶’̶d̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶J̶u̶l̶i̶e̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶h̶e̶a̶r̶t̶b̶e̶a̶t̶.̶
Cringey but whatever.

modern English

I want to promise to love you, my lover,
I’ll never hurt you for the rest of my days
At this moment I will be your friend forever
I could tell you my love in many ways

But none of them are good enough for you
I will spend my days with the one I love
Because we are the perfect two
I will always be your elegant white dove.

I hope that we can grow old together
Our families may be enemies
But we could be like garlic and butter
When I am weak you are my remedy

With every beat of my heart,
I will love you till death due us part

I tried to write a Shakespearean sonnet and converting the modern English to Shakespearean language.
Balcony perch,
Romeo's known role reversed,
Juliet below in harmonious search,
What's a name really worth?

Juliet, your Juliet.
I grew out of her.
She was all dreamy, and fabled.
She was brave enough to love you.
She was brave enough to be crumpled to shreds yet fake a smile flawlessly.
She grew on you.

Juliet, your Juliet.
I grew out of her.
She was graceful and too kind to be true.
She was the daisy of your garden, where flowers weren't just a few.
She loved sunshine as much as the misty moon.
She was ravishingly rhythmic. Forming melodies out of those midnight stars,
adding beats and verses to your mundane mornings.
Your Juliet, your Daisy, your sanguine Sestina
all of them. Yet, nothing better than a reverie.

Juliet, your Juliet.
I grew out of her.
She was all chirpy and consoling.
Solace was what made her.
Her love was fire, worth burning for.
At times, her eyes form glaciers,
arctic and numb.
At times, she feels worn out and ready to drop.
But, Juliet's audacious to hold on tight yet, taken down by you. Remember, she grew on you.

Juliet, your Juliet.
I grew out of her.
She was delicate but humorous.
Compassion knit her soul together.
You tell her, she is all you ever wanted and is grateful for.
But, the woman lying next to you hears the same.

She was a writer and left you one.
Juliet, your Juliet.
Not anymore.

An abrupt turn at the corner and the sudden change of weather from warm to monsoon marks the new chapter. He did not do that to spite her. It was just the right time to close the book he's never gonna buy. After all, her lashes, her silence, his laughter is another's. The rainbow that is meant to confetti her smile is hidden in a different cloud. The sun is still golden. The letters are still there. His name is still Romeo. But you are not Juliet.

If I be fair Juliet,
Then pray him be my Romeo
Yet aline the stars
To give our love a chance.

Let him be my suitor
And thence I will be only his.
Forbear the thought of his being a knave,
But I would feign it not be true.

He would be my Romeo
If fate loved us ever so.
I would that you may say the words
For I don’t think I may.
The poems starting with “The Same He:” are all connected (as you may have guessed). I’m not sure how I feel about this one, but I tried the Shakespearean English thing and probably won’t do it again.

Our story is like that of Romeo and Juliet
Love that's star crossed and forbidden
Never meant to both be in the same place at once
Driving us both slowly insane to the point of self destruction
But you're not Romeo nor am I Juliet
Not separated by ones name but ones life
Slowly going in different directions
Until were as distant as a memory
But none of this matters in the present
We'll try and try till the bitter end
Because we love each other
That's why it's called star crossed love
This is based off a past relationship. I actually wrote this in 2015
