To be honest
You've always felt like home to me.
All of the familiar feelings that
rush when I am around you.
I can relax and be me
Without fear of judgement.
To look over at you and see you smile
I know that everything is ok.
There aren't too many places in the universe that
give me this feeling.
The want you, need you.
Can't be away from you.
A feeling of peace,
Being wrapped in your arms.
A place that's safe, warm.
The acceptance of everything that stands
outside of yourself.
Something out of the ordinary.
To look over at you and know.
Home is not that far away

The chase leads me past the people, shadows and noise
Glancing Up at the sky;
Anywhere, trying to find
Something, anything to fill me up
(It should not be so hard)
Waiting for nothing and everything
It’s the standstill that eats at me, so I go on seeking what is supposed to be seeking me
Longing for what I don’t know
Feeling a stranger to myself
Wandering aimlessly

Good Morning, Good Noon,
Good Afternoon and Good Evening,

For Peace of Mind

Almighty God,
we bless you for our lives
we give praise to Thee
for Thy abundant mercy and grace we receive
We thank Thee for Thy faithfulness even
though we are not that faithful to Thee

Lord Jesus,
we ask Thee to give us all around
peace in our mind, body, soul, and spirit

we want Thee to heal and remove everything
that is causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives

please guide our path through life
and make our enemies be at peace with us
let Thy peace reign in our family,
at our place of work, businesses
and everything we lay our hands on.

Let Thy angels of peace go ahead of us
when we go out and stay by our side when we return.
