Behind the heavens,
life and death, a tone,
Behind the heart,
a butterfly dancing,
In the end everything is simple,
as simple as a leaf that one holds in one’s hand,
as simple as the laughter of a child.

--And,

After picking her beautiful
jaw  up, off the ground
over the shock-blast of  realizing
that  she (after all of these years)
   had been  finally seen..

there was a shuffling  noise
that I could hear in the background
over the phone..

and I couldn't tell  if it  was her--

scrambling to finish  filling out
the restraining order she started
last week

or maybe
just  flopping around  in the dark
in her search for the block button

But perhaps..  just perhaps
she is running upstairs  to find  for herself,
a dry pair of *******

Or better yet,  in order to
race into her room,  her clothes--
strewn,  in a wake behind her
in her overwhelming  need

to knock out  a whole series  of
wildly uncontrollable, release (s)

Strange how it is
that  far too often  these things
can go either way--
yet either way, sweet love

your beautiful jaw
will never again,  be the same

Xo
you're welcome

A powerful peaceful mind keeps the heart of an enlightened sacred soul.

Alive.
The right people will always find you at the right time. Timing is always perfect with the Universe guiding you it is never off and can not steer you in the wrong way. It will always guide you to the correct fitting path for you on the journey that is your life. Trust that. Know that.
Keep that knowing safe in your heart, so that  your intuition can work it’s peak and create the miracle that will give you the strength, the happiness, and the healing to move forward with what is yours and is truly meant to be.
Allow this intuition and awareness to help you create the best life for yourself because it is truly for you and only you. It is for your benefit and only yours alone. And you deserve that to create in order to live the best possible. ❤️

Knock on a million doors,
and ask each man if he is good.
Be not surprised by the multitude
that qualify for sainthood.

If all it took was a man’s own word
the quarries would be emptied
building statues in their honor
on the corner of every street.

But many men who say they’re good
are at fault for quarrels and wars
and allow their addictions to run rampant
while they ignore the hungry and poor.

Just as the wisest of men
knows that he does not know,
so the best of men will answer you
with a firm and resolute “no.”

Keep record of your faults
don’t lie just to impress,
and tread carefully in the company
of the men who would answer “yes.”

How many times have I quietly sobbed today?
Finally letting my walls down as I let myself know I am alone.

The room is filled with heavy gasps of air,
only for my ears to hear.
No, these aren't your regular inhales and exhales.

They come with little sobs and whimpers
that changes your breathing,
They come with sharp pains in your chest as if you're drowning,
They come with little pools of water that has the capacity to carry an immense weight of sadness.

Defying the Laws of Physics,
wetting your face that never seems to stay dry
with each little drop.

All at once,
You feel as they come at you.
Like a firework had just been lit,
prepared for what's to come on the 4th of July.

Suddenly, all these that surges from you stops.
Your ears ***** on slow yet heavy thumping sounds . . .  !
footsteps

You get up, and the fireworks in your chest fall at once to your hollow stomach.
Making a crashing noise of empty cans on shards of previously broken glass.

You wipe your tears and stare back,
as your reflection in the mirror smiles at you.

a fleeting moment of hate and disappointment pass through your mind

Inhale. . . .

A new task has begun as soon as you end one,
and just as quick a routine ends and night awakens....
The same routine awaits to greet you,

once the Sun wakes the world.

In the heat of the summer
all body sweats
Get a little peace
when it rains.

It's happening around the world
due to the change of environment
In third world countries, especially
increasing irritation intensifies.

All of the us together
will have to take the step
If the balance is in the environment
Eventually disaster will decrease.

Nothing important happened
today, we were Far Out

sitting on a beach terrace - space
sun on me, wind on me, free

experiencing the world and myself
comprehending a gull, its attention

to fried fish, in the blink of an eye
feeling the somersault of the surfer

in the distance in my blood
breathing people in and out

cartwheels through my body
and windmills on the horizon

the moving and changing
in variations of the same, no reason

for sickening emotions
Could I have learned this sooner

could my brain have been different
or wouldn't I have been human then?
