you see,
that’s the problem
with being the strong one
who always offers others
a hand
everyone thinks that you
don’t need a hand and
they think you have lots
of surplus energy and no
worries

*(s.m)
You never
told me
you were
a ghost,
Dear,
creeping into
my mind
at night.
Applauding someone's beauty never
diminishes your own, so be kind
to adjust their crowns, and
not rip it off their heads.
We are all equally beautiful, man and woman. Appreciating someone else's beauty in no way undermines yours so help each other. Shine their crowns,
instead of knocking it off.
Too bad the world doesn't feel this way...
Be back soon!

Inwards turns my gaze,
From solitary sun deck;
Find eternal light!
i am cold,
my hands are numb,
i feel old,
my time is done.
Art, a smile like the one
on the face of Mona Lisa.
Curved like the waxing moon
above the sea.
Light a flame before a face
yet to be seen.
What will it prevail,
will it show once for all
a slow tilt on the smiling lips
—a curve softly locks on
a rose from the sun,
or a shadow beneath the moon?
This is a poem from my book Zero and One available on Amazon.
