Amidst the Fork
Yesterday I sat

between the arms of

my loving mother,

the tree ! O tree !

Fail to realise I sat

unaltered untarnished

And do you know

What I saw!

The sun was trying to

lug the waters of the tarn

amidst which

was I and you together.
Amidst you all
Now every day is a challenge

A hard-hitting task to accomplish

Morning gives me a parcel of works

Evening ceases my cognizance from me

And night…

What to say?!

Takes away my kip.

But encounters are what makes life interesting

Appending them gives me pleasure

Overshadowing them gives me eternal happiness.
Challenges are not new
They are a part of us.
(With regards to International Workers’ Day)

Who said workers are only workers?

They are a gift of heaven

They come for social good;

But return with lots of deterrence

You may treat them like engines

But always remember

There is also a worker

Somewhere within you

Who is keen to protect the dignity

Of these outdoor workers.

Workers are not only workers…

Above all, they are humans

Just like you and me.
Workers are not only workers

Extreme Destitution
The nature’s clouts

Stabs to make us sense

Her occurrence

Again and again

Yet again

Rumbling gales, shattering typhoons,

And life intimidating seismic activity

Mark us exceptionally anxious

About our breathes and there after

Lies a plethora of secrets

Yet to come,

Will blew us black and blue

Nostalgic about the noble timeworn days

I will someday make this

Turn into imagination from reality!

But up till than

We will have to writhe

Extreme hardship

And extreme hardship.

Who is a Poet?
Poet is he who

Transcribed this verse

He who saw the nature

He who touched the sky

He who felt the birds

He who heard the river

He who tasted this Earth.

PATHETIC QUANTIFY
Life is so wretched
You are not effectual
You are bound to desociate
If not today than some day
If not now than then
So why not enjoy today?
Why not enjoy now?
So is it? Life so miserable....
All you can think about life is here

Sobing Beside Mansarovar
Who can get out the charm

the belle of the chilled

glacial waters of heavenly sapphire

love dipped, sanctity filled

Mansarovar.....

I sat beside them

which impervious to express

like the occult hallucinations of one

compelled me to sob

To cry beside the waters

not on my sins

but on my known viles.

Valley of Desolation
Who sat on my Valley of Desolation
and made me sick out of superbia
and gave me the hit of rueful living .

The scene of meadows and woods one
far more better than the of life .
I cried for my place and incapacitatedly
ran down the footprint of commoner.
The edge of the cliff made me perceive
the demarcation between life and death .
Between grief and relief .
Life Death is common to all and nature accompany us is this journey

A Mile From Here
There is a vast green tract

And a fresh bluish course

A mile from here.

There is a big sinewy tree

And profuse green tea

A mile from here.

There is also a groovy human race

And a grabby human face

A mile from here.

But there is no humanity

Nor sanity

Anywhere round here.
What resides a mile from here!

A Tree

A Tree
------------------------by Hrishikesh goswami .

A tree does not give you fruit
nor does it gives you ravishing flower .
It gives you no oxygen
and no shadowiness
then why to sustain a tree ?
Keep it off , get it hacked ,
Clean off your lawn
to aqnise the grandness and
to feel the insufficiency of a mere tree .
No one values a tree as much as the tree deserves

A Ring
Yesterday, I wore a ring
a gilded placid ring
and I went through my day
ulterior .
I gave a norchalant
Visage towards my left dactyl
when i found a golden
stuff pendant on .
I drew it and gazed at it
Wow! It is a sign of eternity
a thing which never outsets nor sets.
Symbol of eternity
