One day weeks to months,
1 year decades of centuries
We are ageless dayless yearless call us monthsless
We the enemies to time we repel
Our love is a story untold
It never runs any old.

In her absence days feel like years,
Yet a year is like a day in her presence.
Time apart from her
Is as good as time in hell.

How old are we?
Everyone is curious

I blame them not
This love is burning
Interesting
Luring
And exciting

But I tell them a joke of their ears,
We are ageless
We have no days weeks or months
No years decades of centuries
We were born loving each other from afar
Our meeting was just a destined fate from start.

Red rose of the back rose,
It's an amazing journey colouring the roads.
Poetry of true love
How do I know if it's true love?
Do I risk heartbreak or risk living without love?

Do I focus on the things of above?
Do I just persue the person I love?

What if I love He who lives above, but also the person who lives amongst us?
What if my values tell me to prioritize the above?

Is there an inbetween?
Is there a halfway point where we could meet?

Can you just become an angel so that I can believe that you are the one?

Your skin still smells like,
The first time I touched you:
Like late Sunday afternoons,
On long weekends,
Sweeter than expected,
With all the time in the world.

Anyone else
confused
why must
we be lonely
on the holiday
of love
or it may
just be me
So is
anyone else
going to be
lonely on
Valentine's day?
Lonely for Valentine's Day

I saw her hand him a flower
as he gave her a bouquet
Maybe you too saw him give her
her favorite box of chocolate

Did our memories rain on you too
about the time when
I stole a flower from your own garden
to give to you

Or the time
when I got you a dozen chocolate boxes
more because of the cute tin box
than the chocolate itself

Did any of that hit you today
Because my mind is flooded with thoughts of you
wrote this on 25th January cuz I already saw this coming
I knew it was about time you did this to us again

I always thought
the forest green
on the train to your house
was of such a nice colour.

Evening
a desolate street

A car with its windows tightly rolled up
stops for the red lights

Suddenly
in the rear-view mirror
a dark figure
looming

Sir, buy ...

The ashen driver
steps in fright on the pedal
and rushes through the red lights
like a rabbit running for its life

... buy some flowers
today’s Valentine’s Day

It's the night of the 13th
The moon is bright yellow
My eyes are almost as large
I'm wondering where you are, what you're doing
I'm wondering what you're thinking about
I'm wondering...
What if you were here?

I close my eyes and imagine your scent
like fresh oranges with ginger
like morning dew on the grass

Do you think of me like I do you?
Do you remember the fire we had?
Do you miss me?
Do you care?
Like I do?

The hall drowns with laughter and romance,
As couples sway together and dance.
Some sits aside, staring enviously,
Thinking how frivolous it can be.
Some laugh and shout instead,
Imagining they're dancing too, but only in their head.
Yet no matter how much corny it may seem.
Dancing with someone you like, is an attainable dream.
We're having our Valentine's party now, Feb. 28, 2017. I'm just sitting here so I decided to write a poem.
