The sloth is the most delightful creature.
It's smiling face is an endearing feature!
svdgrl Jan 2015
I lift my head ever so slightly,
snuggle back in.
When do we ever really owe ourselves?
And what?
Respect? A second chance?
Slumber is what we deprive ourselves,
or make bed-ridden with guilt,
when we should rejoice.
I am at peace when the phone is unimportant,
and I forget the day of the week.
Hell, this poem was perhaps my biggest feat.
But I'll tell you more, once I get some more sleep.

i am the start of wrath
because of me we hate
i am who push you to hate
because of me you won't agree

i am the profession of envy
people will want what fortune you have
but will have the misfurtone they had
we envy because of me

beause of me sloth was born
for i know i have rights that i dont work
not because you toled me
but because i told myself

lust is committed through me
being told about my hunger for flesh
being doubt of what passion i can give
lust will live by flesh and ******

i am the outcome of greed
because i compete with my riches
i hunger for more riches in the world
because of what power i can posess through it

i am the out put of gluttony
because of me you are envy, and hate
because of them you eat
food is wasted but hunger is not satisfied

i am the start of all as you may know
i am pride the person dignity
step on me and war shall begun
war will begin because i envy you
i envy you because i am greedy
i greed not just for money, power, but also lust
lust shall provide me the flesh
gluttony shall provide my undying hunger
after everything i shall rest like the sloth
In every moment
There is a forever
In every second
There is eternity
You will live eternally
In this moment
I have to write this because I don't live as long as you humans
Education is important
Even for a sloth
Except I learn different things
Like what can **** you
And what can poison you
And how to survive a wild, non-adhesified animal attack
And stuff
I think that is more important
Than Math or Science
Humans are silly. They forget how to survive in nature. That is sad :(
Not sure how it happened.
I was just walking (well crawling)
And SUDDENLY!
This tree got stuck in my hair. (on my back)

It is rather difficult to move now.
Actually I think I am stuck
It's a pretty big tree
And there is a slight possibility that it may still be in the ground.

I don't like this tree.
It *****.
Grr.
Rawr.
Growl.
Hiss.
I normally like trees. In fact some people even say I am a tree hugger! But this is a very mean tree. Repost if you can relate.
Humans forget that
Nature is their home too
When they chop it down
Having some emotional feelings from when they chopped down my favourite uncle's tree and he died. At least he didn't mistake his arm for a tree branch as my grandfather did

Sitting on the couch,
in an awkward slouch,
I see you walk in like you want to dance,
Knowing you want some romance.

turning the channel I feel you sit next to me,
******* on my neck like a flea,
a parasite ******* away my laziness,
with the smell of a goddess.

when I lay down completely,
you move on top of me swiftly,
giving me gentle pecks down my lips,
while you sway your hips.

no longer able to look away,
you rub down my body like molding clay,
desire rolls off your tongue,
like it is about to be sung.

Once your clothes come off,
I gently cough,
around your curves is goth like cloth,
my mind cries out in pain since I know my sin is Sloth.

The diminutive seedling,
It putters whilst growing
Becoming a robust bark but with decaying leaves
Life then begins to sprout and weaves

We are the seedling, planted in this very soil we stand
We were the sprout of yesterday
But in time shall be tomorrow’s shade
We must be mature but not staid

We then putter over the early years
Ignorance and dreams then arouses
We then become filled with ambitions and fears
Our bodies are then trained

In conditions with heavy winds and rain
Like the bark, resilient and vigorous
Autumn then comes
Leaves begin to fall and wither

Like our worries are untethered
Yet of all, we must not truncate our branches
We must embellish them instead
We must be strong like the Hemlock!

Winter then follows both the sky and land
Becomes tedious and bland
Problems then arises but shrouded in the mist
Hazy, vague only to catch a glimpse

But warm tears can melt through
The cold and burdened shoulder,
The storm settles and clouds become mild
The vernal breeze then calms our mind

As we continue to grow,
We find ourselves dazed and entwined
Nonetheless we cannot putter for we are a Hemlock!
We stand tall, and keep our roots intact

Summer comes forth, with warmth and life
Radiance into the leaves,
Free birds that chirp with ease

Our leaves which are crammed with wisdom
Our cones that tells our story
Our barks that had endured the calamity
Our roots that stayed firm regardless the intensity

We had all the fun, laughs and sorrow
We were sprouts but it is our time to sow
We are the young and into the hemlock we shall grow!
Will you grow into a hemlock?
