We both promised ourselves
—drinking our blood,
tying up the knot
in the name of sisterhood
but you ***** them
like it was a bad food
You are like a sister to me
We have grown up with each other
From as close to day one
As you can get
Without being real sisters
I love you with all my heart
And I know none of this is intentional
But we seem to be drifting Dear
It’s been twelve years
And the laughter is now forced
Though only in front of others
We are still sisters at heart
And behind closed doors
But why can’t that be
In front of your friends?
Why does the laughter
Have to be forced for them?
Why do I have to feel like
Second class around them?
I wish it could be like it use to be.

My sister was born everyone acted like it was a party.
When I came around it was a funeral.

She only wore pink and bright colored clothes.
I wore black skinny jeans and gray sneakers.

She goes to church every Sunday.
I stay home and eat Pringles.

She dates boys.
I've dated girls and boys.

She listens to Ed Sheeran
I rock out to Sleeping With Sirens

She wins awards at school and everyone loves her.
I get called names and my friends have all left.

She draws pictures of flowers in a notebook.
I draw scars on my wrists.

She is perfect
I am flawed

She's an angel
And I'm
Not

But I will never be like her
Me and my older sister are polar opposites. I will never be like her. I never will want to be like her.

finding solace
in reuniting
with my sis
is perhaps
one of the most
amazing gifts
I have ever given
to me.
I hope she and I
will forever
and always
(you know,
til the end of time)...
just BE.
I am so glad my sister and I have found our bond once again. She rocks more than I know how to say! :D

You remind me to sing and dance,
To live life and rhyme,
This train is
Clickety clack, clickety clacking
Onto the track
With a little guide from the hand that is yours,
I'm thankful for you guys,
The friends that can act more like sisters
And play the music we listened to
In each others rooms,
Because our friendship has grown to the point,
That our every nothing days
Become the days that is *something.
Sister-Sister
We flirt with each other; friendship skin-tight like two peas in a pod.

Sister hood extremely remarkable we deal with one another.
Good days & bad days we are close to each other.

Best friends since day one our love has grown alot; I'd say like Louise and Thelmas' unconditional love.

Cinnamon to my favorite pop tarts
Words to my favorite fiction books, but; most importantly the sunlight to my darkest afternoons.

Dull moments are never; craziness and adventure is everywhere
From lows to highs you stick by my side
I wouldn't think of being anywhere else but right by your side.

When you get married there is no clause
That says much about Sister in Laws
It is a game of Russian Roulette
You just never know what you might get!

Thankfully I have been truly blessed
My Sisters in Law are just the best!
I wed the love of my life who happily
Had sisters whose friend I could gladly be.

It doesn't have to blood
When even blood goes to rot.
It doesn't have to be close,
Since things burn and go sour faster.
IT doesn't have to be clear in face
Because humans bond deeper.
All it really takes are the fibers of connection:
Magic, it makes wonders;
Respect, spirits that co-exist;
And love, where its strength holds it: Unbreakable.

This is the song of Sisters.

We protect this bond to go out
And discover the New World.
We are silken, woven threads in a tapestry.
We tell our own story.

This is the song of Sisters.

Almost soulmates and with our dreams,
We huddle for warmth against the Judgement.

This is the song of Sisters.
No one compares
Intellectual is her nature
Caring is her belief
Love is her pride
Equality is her goal

You left me.
I was miserable.
Yet someone came.
I denied that she was just like you.
But, she actually is.
Everytime I am with her, I see you.

You have the same personality.
You share the same race.
You both have that unwaivering determination.
You both share the same faith.
I gave emotional attachment to you both.
And then, both of you left me.
This goes out to my senpais and to my sisters.
