“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
sang the people of the depths
burdened by the blackness of deep
and by those who wish for heat

“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
they wailed underneath,
as the last light of the moon
escaped their holy stone too soon

How they longed for a warrior
to fetch the priceless pearl
beyond rigorous obstacles and traps
beyond mindless beasts of sea

To exchange it with man
on a cave by the beach
beyond their star maps
for a moonstone to shed light on their city

But no Tidecaller came to their aid
and the threat of death did
swished and swam their way
and they lost hope until–

A young promising warrior
swam to accept the challenge
to take what's rightfully their's
and to save their kind from destruction

“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
they shouted in glee
for the lass that came
had power to command the seas

“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
they sang as she left
bidding her farewell until
The day she returns with light

She fought krakens and serpents
just outside their realm
she waited and averted danger
as cunningly as she can

She made allies that helped
but along the way they perished
she made friends that died too
ones that she truly came to cherish

Upon retrieving the pearl
she swam as fast as she can
too a cave beyond star maps
but no one was there to make the exchange

She waited for days
hoping that man would come to their aid
to grant them a moonstone
that would save them for another age

“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
she called to herself
as despair and hopelessness
swallowed her totality

“Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!”
she screamed to the lands
as she found new hope in finding what's lost
is it the stone or did man forgot?

For the first time in eternity
a Tidecaller touched land
determined to retrieve and receive
salvation almost at hand

Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!
I wish thee luck
For the world of man is shameful
and filled with ill will

You will find what you seek
in exchange for what's left
of your sanity and health
in exchange for your only wealth

Oh Tidecaller! Oh Tidecaller!
Hold on to that pearl
Hold on to your dreams of a better world
for your people, for your home
Oh Tidecaller!

Why is it that reheated fries are so disappointing
Why is it that everybody I like lives so far from my home, *****?

Why do the good die young, why are the evil immortalized
Why does the sun go down, because I can't sleep at night

Why is it that if a bunch of people like something, it's automatically overrated
Why is it that common sense is so rare, but stupidity is hotly debated

I saw a long haired man
Smiling in delight
And I remember you
I saw a man with tattoos
I used to be scared of
But I smiled
Remembering the art
Painted on your body

I saw a white guy on the streets
Holding a lass
Smiling and whispering, a sweet sight
And I thought
Would it be sweeter
If it were you and I?

I think about you
In every story you told me
In everyone and everything
I hear your name
All the time
And I wonder;
Was it coincidence?
Or was I hearing that name for such a long time
But never cared
Until I knew you

Your name sounds sweet
To my ears.
That I can't help but smile
I would look back and search the soul
That owns that name
Hoping someday
I will see you.

Please, just hold me, don't move, don't stir, it's ok my love it's alright to stay there
your wrists and the ropes and the thud under my thumb is all it takes to make me feel less numb
your arms your ankles, intertwined with mine, your mind complex but oh so divine
Please, just hold me, don't move, don't stir, it's ok my love it's alright to stay there
fingertips as cold as ice and whispers, the type you long for at night
take your time, take a breath, take those words and show them their death
be calm, my dear, stay there stay here inhale my love, force your mind to clear
cherish those ropes, honey, never break them in two for you are worth more than the moon, than a sky of blue
the thud under my thumb, I hope will remain for you are the bright in my mind and the love in my veins
Please, just hold me, don't move, don't stir it's ok my love, it's alright to stay there.

Every morning
I wake up in a city
that feels a little more familiar
each time my eyelids bloom daffodils
on a fire escape horizon.
Maybe I’m in love with a Newness
that begins to feel like Home.
Maybe I dream dumpsters
in Flatbush
or shoot Harlem
into my forearms.
Use telephone wires as tourniquets.
Maybe this girl I’ve been seeing has traces
of Paradise in her bloodstream.

And then I have to remember this city is home to
Pizza Rat, and bedbugs in the metro benches,
                                           and **** Holly Golightly,
she never had to take the F train.

But maybe
she and I can share some unspoken reality,
and I’ll walk down 5th Ave. one day
holding my lover’s hand
as the sun turns sidewalks silver
and we’ll decide to grab a
croissant.

It took him awhile,
To decide to dance,
He was always the first,
To roar, to prance,
Nevermind his sweaty palms,
As he pushed off the wall,
As he bowed,
Before her cotton dress in a graceful fall,
His hand hung for eternal seconds,
As she decided; looked around,
But, ah! Lo! His eyes, they beckon,
And as the entire room gawked,
At the bold, beautiful ****,
As he bowed before an ugly, pimpled nobody,
As if she were a queen; the most beautiful in this here, his flock,
And as the ugly, pimpled nobody,
Dared to consider, to frown, to appear unsure,
Of this, what was sure to be pure allure,
Finally, she ended his wait,
With hesitant nods, the innocent wide-eyed child,
He smiled beautifully, leading with a mesmerising gait,
They alone swept the floor,
She was surprised at this happiness,
And he was relieved of disappeared nervousness,
For he thought himself lucky,
To dance with one such as she,
The people they can stare,
He don't mind it, he don't care.
In memorandum of Weird Love.
Everyone is beautiful and there are people out there for each of us, so when finally your love....your real true-blue love comes along, no matter who that person may be, from the moment you see them forget the people.... Don't mind it, don't care!

I attract artsy people! 78%
Those free spirited artists with great imaginations find you interesting. They are usually interesting themselves, so its not a bad thing, but they CAN be a bit wifty and choose odd goals. If you like life to always be a bit 'different' from the norm, but not too extreme in any one direction, these are the people for you. If you seek logical decision making skills and good money management, you may want to change something in the way you appear. Artsy people are fun for adventure and exploring, so, have fun! (smoking **** helps too)

58% You attract geeks!   (<My comment: Some are cute tbh)

54% You attract Yuppies!    (<My comment: ''Young urban professional" or "young upwardly-mobile professional.'' Not bad)

54% You attract models!   (<My comment: They're fine)

46% You attract unstable people!   (<My comment: To true. It never fails)

14% You attract rednecks!     (<My comment: I'm black! Aren't rednecks racist?)

Feeling Real Jan 2016
I. You don’t see him - you’ve never really
seen him. You just open up to the stars and
imagine him as the divinity watching you
back. But stars don’t watch you and he
doesn’t even know you’re trying to tell
  him something

II. You burned him alive - taught him trauma
is made by repeats - made sure that even
lain in his childhood home he would not be
allowed peace. You never looked twice.

III. There’s something in his body you’ve missed
    by just taking flesh

IV. You’re only into monsters - His lying, his
claws, his teeth. Wait to be eaten.
