Describe It accurately

Once

And give It a twirl of hair and boho skirt

Describe It once

with love full of hatred or

strife

Until your arms & legs

Shiver, until your gemmed rings

SNAP!

to pieces

Until, when your glossy

fingernails melt, a monster's

heart burns with sympathy.

Call It on the phone, don't

apologize if you hadn't

used

the right

Words.
A stream-of-consciousness poem about expression.

I FEEL SO EMPTY.
i'm just sitting here trying
to bring the feeling back to my
limbs and i don't understand what's happening
why did the lights just turn off.
i don't understand why is it
hard for me to draw breath.
and where did the stars go?
they might've exploded into
millions of pieces of color and light
but i'm still sitting here, empty
and alone in the dark wishing
i could find a way out and
i still don't understand
what's going on.

Etched on your palms
Were thousands of my love letters
Traced along your line of heart
was the secret language of my soul

In your hands I found
the warmth that embraced my cold ones
The tender silence you offered
when the world was too busy to listen

And now,
As pieces of you start to fade away
Your hands remain….
The phantom limbs that hold me fast still.

downhill slopes and uphill climbs
shaggy hair flying down
                         exhausted breaths
                grinning mouths
tired limbs
                            shivering skin
comforted hearts
green eyes
two ways to see this. im curious how people see it..

Goosebumps bloomed on her limbs
like the plague
and this was a relief
she had been waiting for,
ever since her mother
put her hands on her
and turned an angel into a firestorm.
