To understand anything, even yourself,
you must live with it, you must observe it,
you must know all of its content,
its nature, its structure, its movement.
Try living with yourself, all your faults,
your functionalities, begin to see that you
are not living in a static state,
you are constantly changing.
But do not get caught up in opinions,
judgments, and values.
Live with yourself.
Learn about yourself.
You must do this, in order,
to understand yourself.

Inhabiting the space between
Chaos and harmony

Entering the warmth of
Scarlet rivers

Indulging in verdant
Pungency

Soft lips of
Salt and honey
Meet mine

Haplessly embracing
A plate of cheese
And wine
In the absence of temperance,

I indulge in you.

Submerging myself into the depths of your being,

With an insatiable thirst for your flesh.

Drinking your essence with my lips,

Becoming intoxicated,

Dominated by the power of your skin.

A servant to your body.

I worship you.

In the absence of temperance.

Cheekbones so sharp you cut through diamond
Your gaze pierces my soul
I'm naked though I'm fully clothed
Bruised eyes, ****** knuckles tell it all.

I meet you where nobody goes
The grey sky marks the open road
To love so deep and live with nothing
This longing now is all I know.

Fight for me with all your jealous rage
If I have you I need nothing more
So drive away and live on adventure
Feel the fire in your core

I indulge in this decadence
This raw passion tears me apart
To die so loved would feel like heaven
So shoot your bullets through my heart.

A serenade to the crowd
The applaud white noise to my ears
As I perform to please
To tempt, to tease.

Divine indulgence
A guilty pleasure they seek
I undress myself with grace
I pout, I pose with ease.

Its only art
And baby I play a character so well
A show-stopper
They swoon, but they never tell.

We are the girls who walk around with little bird bones,
rib cages ready to snap when we spread our wings and
fly away

and for my next act,
I shall disappear little by little until I am ash.

I’m not eating for four days or until
I can feel the ***** that is my stomach start to shrink

I used to refuse food for weeks
it amazes me how self-indulgent I have become

I am ready to eat spoonfuls of air
spin my hair into a models top knot and
know that water is a privilege not a right

a million screaming girls saying
“but im not hungry”
while a tiger flays their insides open at night

Kate Moss said "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"
and I suppose she is correct
What happens when you learn the tongue is a muscle not to be used

What happens when sustenance is no longer needed
When the mind decides
the very thing that keeps the body alive is a punishment

What happens when you refuse a necessity of being human
