Do you remember
when the dragon saved the princess
from that awful knight
because I can remember it clearer than most

the knight, a greedy *******
who's foul lips
wrapped around a glass bottle
who's foul lips
sought the bottle
and nothing more

and remember when he hit the princess that first time
remember when he grabbed her hair
remember when he shoved her down
put away the scars
the scratches
the bruises
treated it as
'oh, he's just showing his love'

and remember
remember that one night
when she finally called his bluff
she said 'no, you don't love me'
remember when he hit her with the bottle
the knight, what a **** bag
but after that,
came the dragon
with his tattoos and heavy beard
on his motorcycle
and beat the knight away
****** him to hell
or at least prison
and a lot of angry inmates

and the princess and the dragon
set away
to have a nice little life together
with the night safely locked and gone
in a far away tower.
Dragon* – a reference to government or a leader with such great powers.

Economics can determine the future?
The decision making, which can force millions to abide to the law established by government, can determine the future. *That’s it.

An extension of affluence for all,
But where is the long term?
Poverty and high unemployment,
Now an argument?
With two years to educational progress,
Juan Dela Cruz drew back and recoil.

Humankind’s race,
With such declining economies..
A need for taxation of the working class
To stay number one, or should I say, the Top 10?

For those capable to success,
No full-time salaries.. No livable wage..
A further education..
Would it be worth it when a full-time was offered?

For the move of the dragon,
Is there a downgrade forecast for the nation?
GDP has been calculated, water dragon may not be drown..
Meagre realm’s tyro – for their incomes deduction.

Though thy teeth be sharp, and thy claws great, waste not thy strength on me,
for thy beauty doth pierce mine heart worse than any wound.

Do not waste thy breath upon me, for I burn already a passion far greater than I can bear.

Oh dragon, hold back not thine beauty from mine eyes any longer, spread thy wings for me, let me see thy grace, thy majesty, thy glory complete!

Though thy scales turn away the sword, they cannot turn away my love for thee.
Though thy wings block the sun, they cannot block mine thoughts so bright of thee.
Though thine eyes stare death, I . . .only have eyes . . . for thee.
I was inspired to express my love for dragons in middle english.

This ode which is called an irregular ode, glorifies the dragon.
In Asiatic cultures, dragons are worshiped for their wisdom and longevity.

Red
Scales glisten
In the moonlight

Smoke
Rises in plumes
Before the dark night

Fire
Scorches all
Whose swords do fight

Desiree
A dragons name
Is one to cause fright

Have you heard of the great Klapi?
Who's wings magnificent help him fly,
Who stalked the village and made that his feat,
With a loathing heart that contained his heat.

Every day he prowled the trees
And waited for the King's decrees
Then he'd take flight and soar overhead
And force the villagers to flee in dread.

Until one day, he felt quite off
And feared he was becoming soft.
His fear was confirmed when in the wild,
The beast, the monster, met a child.

"Come play with me" the child invited
And upon the dragon, the child alighted.
Somehow the beast felt happy, at last!
And took off flying very fast.

The child gripped to the dragon's mane.
The monster finally felt humane.
And every day they'd play 'til night,
And the Klapi was filled with sheer delight.

The beast gave up his violent ways
And lived for love throughout his days.
The child grew throughout the years
And never had any fears.

Then one day the child so tan,
Suddenly found he was a man!
And as all men were to do their best
To **** a beast, that was the quest.

The test of manhood, his calling hour.
The rise or fall of his life's tower.
Upon this task, his future rested.
His way of life would soon be tested.

The man approached his friend, the Klapi,
A look of grief deep in his eye.
The beast felt his friend's heavy heart
For he knew now, that they must part.

With many tears and moments shared
Between the two who deeply cared
More for the other than pleasing men,
Sharing the bond that goes far beyond our ken.

A man grew old and racked his mind
For a glimpse of the friend he could not find.
So he imagined a story, an adventure, a lie…
Of youth, of fun, and of the great Klapi.
I remember,
When I was young
I was a princess-
Not in the conventional sense
However.
I wanted to grow up
And become-
Not royalty-
Especially not
The Queen.
No, what I wanted to be
Was the vicious and coldblooded
Dragon
That can destroy everything
Without worrying
About someone greater
And fiercer coming along
To stop me.

Even if
You just went back 5 years

You would clearly
Be able to observe
That I was a fawn-
Still just a little princess.
Who can say when
This drastic transformation
Transpired?

I must have started sleeping
With my limbs dangling hazardously
Over the edge of the bed
Near the void-
Because I know well enough
Something profane did
Creep up from the darkness
Into me-
And now there is
No
Going back.

I mounted
These vapors
And took to the atmosphere.
I soared
Up
And up
And up
Until my problems
Were no longer my problems
And I ceased loving.

You’d better believe that
I am
Gulping these flames
And these infernos
Are, in fact,
Licking away at my insides.
I am a great serpent
Borne from something unholy-
Guarding my heart
In a haze of smoke.

There was surely a time
When I was light
And morality
But
Somewhere along the way,
I stopped caring
Took in the dark
And the fire
To fuel my own desires.

But evidently,
I am not the merciless drake
I so anticipated becoming.
Because just the other day
I was terror and dread-
And today
I feel no larger
Than a teacup.

Here I was,
Deluding myself
Into thinking
That I am a fireball
Capable of extinguishing cities.
When lately,
Every night
I contract into myself
Fighting to keep warmth
In my heart
Before I freeze solid again
Because they tell you
To light a fire within yourself
In order to keep warm
But
They never tell you
That sometimes
It can scorch pits into your ribcage.
