Lay under the stars with a lover, talking about the meaning of life.
2. Take one risk that may lead to regret, but you’ll at least have a story to tell your children.
3. Fall in love with the wrong person, at least you’ll have learned.
4. Drive along a dirt road after midnight, inhaling the country air and appreciating for just one moment that technology has not yet reached this part of the earth.
5. Go swimming in a lake with nothing but your skin and the sand between your toes.
6. Play your music so loud on a warm summer night that your neighbors scream for you to turn it off.
7. Ride on one upside-down rollercoaster after just eating cotton candy and popcorn.
8. Dye your hair one crazy color and watch it fade, because any color is better than black and white.
9. Stay out until four o’clock in the morning in your friend’s car, hanging your head out of the window and just living.
10. Make memories that will cause a serious case of nostalgia when you’re old and withering from the soft caress of time.
A sort of a bucket list for the soul.

Close my eyes and drift away.
Everyday, sitting in this shade of shame.
Sow my mind, been sick and dazed
Day to day living with these Jaded traits.

Close my eyes see scenes so tame.
Labored breathing leaving me awake.
So my mind it seems to fade,
To all the ones leading me to keep the faith.

Love my life, but weep away.
Hide the knife, you won't see my face.
The truest advice to reap the fray
Was when you told me to seize the day.

Don't let thoughts drag you down,
No need to wear such frowns,
Don't let the bastardos win,
Greet such people with a grin,
Make your own motivation, indeed,
Productive, but rest as well, prithee,
Make the most of today's interim,
Yes, that's the way, carpe diem!!!
Feedback welcome.

That crazy little thing.
Have you ever been so attracted to someone that you can't even fully look at them.

Not like you can't look at them like glance at them but you can't rely look at them. For when u pass at just even near them the connection is so strong, so deep that you feel as if everything moves in slow motion for the fear of the electricity sparking and making a new current.

Eye contact is literally so dangerously impossible for the fear of exposing your soul's window and the curtain being left opened has made you tangled and enraptured so vulnerably not only lost in your transparency but also in how willing you are to be seen and to see the deepest most intense free side of someone.
Have you ever had a small chance to be with this person. Where all the intimacy of souls and the electrical current could have been placed to start a fire that would have burned for energy and warmth. But instead of being the carpe to the diem you waited and avoided and lost that moment.

I hate flying alone, so
travel the world with me...
Think of all the places we'll see,
all the people we'll meet,
all the food we'll eat and
all the languages we'll learn.
We'll get to see the
greatest art piece... the world.

At the end of it all
we'll have discovered new things
and have stories to tell
.... we'll have memories to share...
Traveling gives me a high that no drug could ever give.

Canvas with oil painting upon the beach backdrop rile imagination,
With the couple dancing in the sandy ocean bank.

The lady in red curves with the wind,
While the gentleman leads with a waltz.

It's this fantasy that drives our inner movement,
And like a music we follow the tune of the moments,
While define the characters within our actions!

If a painting spoke to me,
I believe "The Singing Bulter" was saying Carpe Diem,
Because dancing in the wind is living in the moment.

To dressed to impress,
True to the movement,
Being one with each other!

It is the sweet taste in the air,
For nothing in the world matter but that moment,
Because love needs no words to express a thought.

So say "The Singing Butler!"
I once saw this mesmerizing oil painting by Scottish painter Jack Vettriano, and made an impression on me. Recently I saw that same painting again in a customer's house, and like a clock without perception of time, I was frozen in a moment by it's allure.

It's hard to seize the day
with such
slender hands.
How can something good suddenly turn bad
Like at a moment you were laughing
And then suddenly you were crying
How can life be so unfair?
Can it just be fair?

But then again... What is the thrill?
We would never learn what is good from bad
Without the other happening
We would never appreciate the value
Of things if life is fair

That, I think, is the irony of life
We can never have just one
It must always come in two's
Something good and something bad
We can never really choose

So, carpe diem, they said
Let us just seize the day
Live the moment
Because we only live once
Might as well enjoy it

Part one and two
                                                       I
She looked …how?
Like she’d been broken,
Her heart, has, now
Been lost, stolen….

By the sting,
And eyes that hide,
Overwhelming,
Hidden lies.

Like a rose, filled all with spikes...

                                                        II
Red and green,
It's all a lie,
But desire,
Kept her high.

All is carpe,
And diem,
Regret meets after,
Home, the sin.

Follow pleasure,
And you will write,
A love letter,
Filled with lies.

As the day breaks and the shards embed in your soles,
Tread lightly.
Don't be the one to take away the glare;
A blanket that draws you -
Hand over brow for an empty salute -
To the vast empty spaces where
You hold the only shade.

If you're who I want to be,
You'll give it back as you found it.
Calmly picking up the splinters
And trying to make it right;
Right so the slow tick lines up with the
Imperceptible order of things and no one feels uneasy;

So no one shivers as you cast it back to the horizon,
Waiting once again for the ricochet.
.

It can be difficult to start a day as you mean to end it and affect people positively throughout.
