About three weeks into one of the many jobs
the boss, some short, white woman,
stormed up to me like she meant business.
"You don't act professional!"
she screamed in an emotional rant.
"You don't dress professional.
Your humor isn't professional either."
I stared at her in silence,
occasionally feeling my eyelids blink.
When she finished, I asked a question,
"Can you define the word 'professional?'"
She stormed away with the ferocity
in which she arrived.
I was back on the job boards that night.
The working life.
on her ascendancy to the boss's chair
Janice was always so lovely of air
she'd praise all the staff abundantly
seemingly in her it flowed genuinely

the future self of Janice came to light
when she gained the acme's peak height
everyone then received her nasty treats
there wasn't much delight to the bleats

attitudes toward others did change
how an executive role can rearrange
people skills are Janice's weak point
hence a dislike of her being at the joint

Had a conversation with my Boss
He said he is the common sufferer
Meaning of common sufferer –
everybody takes leave or two from their job
But he is a full-time worker for maintaining
his company and studying more to be more attain.
Should I be sad about it that he works so much more than all of us
Or
be happy that he has achieved so much in life
Irony of life..
Hard work pays but hard work takes away a lot too..

A beautiful soul is hard to find,
With so much on my mind,

You are so much more than what others think of you,
A tower, a flower and a writer too.
Act like the king,
When u say u ain't the bosses,
When u think like me as the king of bosses don't care about his ******,
Why, why, why?
Be the king of bosses don't care about
his ****** why, why, why???

Move like the boss,
If u ain't moving like the boss
When you look at the boss,
Give me some respect!
This poem I write is a rap song by me but I decided to turn the song into a poem.

If you have authority in a field

You must acquire expertise

For if you scrutinize a master

From your *** he'll take a piece

She is harsh
And the world feels her wrath
When she speaks, she speaks at you
Never a conversation you want to have

Her opinions are one sided,
Her directness is bitter
Many cower underneath her fury
While I desire to stand beside her

I desire to join in force with her
Because of her willingness to fight
And although she may seem overbearing at times
She always does what she believes is right

Which is a quality I, myself possess
In which I have been criticized for having before
But she and I, we have this same trait
That gives us purpose in what we're working for

You can tell me that she's the toughest boss
And that I should stay far and clear away
Tell me stories about how she's sent you home
In tears at the end of your work day...

While you may prefer a more compassionate boss
Id rather work under someone who pushes me
Someone who gives me more than I can handle
Which will challenge my limits and strengthen my ability.
My boss made one of my associates cry today and although I felt badly for her, I also felt badly for my boss. Everybody sees her as an enemy and someone who's cruel, when in fact she is just very direct. Believe me, I have felt her wrath and I have been pulled outside and screamed at, but never would I ask to be on anyone else's team. She works hard for her team and I can see that she wants us to succeed.
I'm the boss
I won't take a loss
Just the marks of her lip gloss

I’m going to solve my problems
By fixing you!
That sounds like the perfect thing
For me to do.
Life would be fine for me if you
Did not insist
On carrying on all the time and
Getting me ******.

You keep on ignoring me when I
Tell you what to do.
Everything would go just right.
It’s up to you.
Do what things like I tell you to
It’s best for you.
You never manage things as
Well as I do.

I’m amazingly organized and
You are not.
You haven’t the gift for it like
I have got.
You’d just mess things all up
For me to fix.
I’m not stupid, you know, I’m
Onto your tricks.

You get the wrong thing because
You did not hear
What I was saying went in and
Out of your ear.
Things always need to be done
A certain way.
And they would be if you would just
Recall all I say.

I swear I don’t know what you’d do
Without me.
You’d turn into some kind of major
Chaos factory.
We’re much better off if you just
Do as you’re told.
This petty bullheadedness is
Getting rather old.

Because all that is wrong with me
Is the stuff you do.
I would be a success story if it
Wasn’t for you.
You manage to ***** things up by
Not following rules.
Nothing would ever get built without
The proper tools.

But things will get better soon,
I promise you that,
Because a hot new slugger has come
Up to bat.
I’m taking over everything so
You just lean back.
In no time at all I’ll have your life
Right back on track.
