Every time I go under the covers,
My eyes long to find you.
Is it just a euphoric essence, or am I really falling?
Oh! I’m so afraid of telling.
Some days I wake up with your bold eyes staring at me, when I hallucinate.
Some nights you’re just a sweet swimmer swimming in my ocean, when I hallucinate.
When nights are so long,
And I can barely sleep,
I rest upon your figure, when I hallucinate.
You have no name, no face, no game, no race
Only a someone whom I rely on
My chance to escape, a feeling of being loved.
Oh darling, Let’s meet there again,
When I hallucinate.

Your ravishing face
Is still fresh in my mind,
Like a vivid framed image
That was perfectly captured
By my photographic memory.

Your pitch black hair
Like an entropic deep sea
With tornadoes wildly dancing
As I dally my little fingers
And breathe its fragrance.

Your serene eyes
Are like gold ideally placed
They are as deep as wells
And when I look into them
My soul loses in the dusk.

Your prominent cheeks
As if the sun kissed them
Like rose primordiums
They redden as they bloom
With such flattery from fools.

Your soft-looking lips
Like petals coupled together
Enticing me to pick them
Touch as if I were a bee
And taste them ’till I’m pleased.

Your debonair skin
With its zealous tan bepaint
Makes me ponder and deem
That you are the only earth
I fancy most to live with.
How nice it is to admire one
With a tone of mystery!

Before you, life was stagnant
Calm, peaceful and balanced
Then you came in like a current
Exciting yet turbulent
and now i’m drowning in your sea
People don't have a clue,
But the fact is indeed true
Your self worth is always in your hand,
Only you can make your life grand
The admiration of others
Has no strength,
But this world is crazy
For people go to an extreme length
Just to grab some eyeballs
Might not turn out to be the best idea
In the long haul
What we need is passion,
What we crave is attention
Don't tell me not to be myself,
Otherwise this whole life
Will be one long detention.
Learning to be yourself and evaluating your worth through you and not others.

Everyday I think about you
I don’t even know you
Your not part of my life
Is it admiration?
Is it love?
I don’t know but I’ve had enough
Of falling for someone I can’t trust

Socrates drunk the hemlock
And for once, death has lost its power
to intimidate, enslave
mortality transcended...

Admiration for the brave
the courageous amongst us
Truly, there is more to life
than food
work

Those who live earnestly
are the ones who look inside themselves
proclaiming with great ferocity:

The unexamined life is not worth living!

Bouquet of pink roses wrapped in conversations
All I wanted was to see you happy and fill the vase
Your door will never be wide open for this affection
But I'm happy that I'm allowed at the doorstep place
Because I'm the lucky winner of past rejections
I'm bad at connecting strings and keeping bonds
Yet the doorbell still rings a welcoming sound
And when I stand on the welcome mat, the world warms
Because I'm the lucky winner in your embracing arms
