And powered resistance..
The clash of separation
Which we view as
We always have viewed
Thru our fallen lenses..
Ongoing dark turmoil to
Bring at last..humility
And clarity to our
Convincing and clinging
...Fallen lenses...

It was a warm spring night.
She lay on her bed, one leg half under the sheet.
She wore a teal night gown, the color her mother said matched her skin tone.
The space fan whirred in the corner,
the tv casting color into the dark room.
But it felt quiet, for once in her life.
The only voice she could hear would be her own.
So she spoke.
“It will be okay.”

I used to have interaction on here but for the past 6 months my account has had zero.
No one is seeing my writing. Please help
these plates are
solid in their force
and we all have
heard of their force

they will sometimes
impact on each other
with a crashing sort
of bother

below the surface of the
earth the plates do sit
until they bring forth
their convulsive fit

everything shakes
when they do collide
and they send all
on a wild ride

since the dawning
of time
the plates have displayed
their powerful prime

Awake in the day
I lie with the moon
Where the rain pours down
With a clear blue sky
And the wind shakes the trees
Standing still and straight
The grass is lush
All brown and dry
The sun soars high
A sky of orange
A day gone by
Time is still

Must be opposite day
Opposite day

There lies the abandoned park bench
We sat there a year ago

Now stained with infinite dust, rain
Pouring torrents of strange anger and

Pulsing sorrow- a heaving chest
Rising and falling , tide like crest

Certain gravity to the fall, to the fallen
(pun unintended)
Unceasing in releasing;

Dusk, dawn
Fall , rise
Black, white

Just universal polarity like
The one between you and me.

A hand to hold, a smile to crave,
A heart to feel, a love to cherish;

All now lies washed down
Dust in the rain
Solitary drops now remain.
An old feeling crept up on me.

you wanted to share the despair and addiction;
to eventually dip someone down, pull them
downward to descend with you; wanting,
needing to be understood and loved,
you need someone to pat you clean
raze you lovingly, graze kisses on top of kisses,
and casts them downward, leaving them a dust
in the wake of your recovery.

In this brave new world of no handshakes and multiple rounds of hand sanitiser there exists a blessed irony: social distancing is bringing my neighbourhood closer together. The solidarity of a shared smile - albeit bestowed from an apologetic distance of two metres - lifts the spirits, straightens the shoulders, and tickles the heartstrings more than any viral meme (no pun intended) could ever do.
Trapped in the frozen state
Look around stuck
Unread and jailed
Words of whimsy
In the frozen section
Sadness overtakes my direction
Get me out of here
And thaw me out
I will wait
Until you read my ink
It will warm your heart
Like a sculpture patiently made
My words waiting
With cries

It shows old posts as new ones,
And the new ones just disappear in thin air.
Is anyone else facing the same error?
