Do you remember that night?
Not the first night,
but our night.
LSD flowing through our veins.
Hands grabbing, lips searching, desire strengthening.
Then, from your mouth slipped
three
tiny
words,
That resonated through every corner of my dark soul.
Insincere lips had planted them in my brain long before.
But never did those words flow like electricity.
Head to toe.
You never lied to me.
And I cried,
Because I knew.
Best night of my life.
I never deserved your love.
I still don't.

knowing where I was with anyone else.

Honestly I believe that I know what hell would be like
A place of slumbering demons
Some place that is practically empty
I bet most people would consider hell to be a place like the DMV
A long line waiting for everyone to come
Because eventually everyone has to come here
Everyone has something that holds them down
Something that constantly burns at the back of their mind
They see this as a melting ***
A steamy place of red hot flames and pointy rock for them to be impaled on
But I believe that Hell is more like the place that we are currently at
Is not one of hot flames and pointy rock, but the land we already embrace
It is one where people are already impaled
But not by demons necessarily
Maybe this is all a delusion that we live in
The devil already sent us to hell, but made it look like life
That really when you are looking you are truly blinded to your own reality
Because if you could see the evil that was going on you would already know
That possibly there are no people and more likely no angels
The truth is that you are one of those demons
You are one of those things
Thinking you could never be something like that
But in reality you are just that
Does that mean there are not lesser demons
No
There are worse terrors than yourself
But when you think back of how much more you could have done
How many were in pain
Maybe Unconsciously. Maybe unknowingly. You ignored them
Just know that not trying
Can be as bad as doing.
Just a thought about life and how honestly anyone is more like a demon, in how most are simply ignoring everyone else and only doing things for themselves.
i proposed to my mother that she start mixing water into the milk,
because nothing in our lives has ever been whole.
she poured it down the drain.
[pills rattling]
[water running]
[muffled voices on television]
[exhales slowly]
[ominous music]
[breathing unsteadily]
[melancholy orchestral music]
[door opens]
[gunshot echoes]
[demonic orchestral music]

witchy woman
A small ripple in a vast river body, that would strike up no particular conversation.
Perhaps it was just a figure of your imagination

& tell me, does life ever really change?
When we get turned around
& swept up in all the fast-paced daily moments- blind.
Everything's the same baby,
just rearranged
a maze of moving staircases,
every soul climbing towards
the light
dangled dauntingly
above their heads

But tell me if you're all so afraid to die, why do you work yourselves to death?
Does money fill the gaps of time spent apart?
Do possessions talk for the conversations we could never start?
But please don't be alarmed,
I stitch my own seams on this broken heart
You see they're not pretty
to the sight or touch
But scar tissue never bothered me much

Just promise me,
you'll tell me if I'm never enough
I'll crumble this weary heart in an eyeblink
and form another from its dust.
I won't heart-broken or crushed
The shell of the figure
I used to be grew
a skin mighty tough.
I can be anywhere you want me to be
and nowhere at all
I can be your first priority
or the last one you call.
As long as you
Tell me
You love me
Baby,
I wont be sorry

face first, I fall

*I'm really lovely, underneath it all
Its been a year today since she died
Ive got a lot on my mind
Scatttered here there. Everywhere

I never really understood depression until recently.
I always thought people where just babied when they were young,
Or they just cared too much about the subject,
Or they just didn't know the joy of knowing Jesus.

I would tell them to be happy.
I would list all kinds of reasons,
Like how lucky they were for this or that and so much more.

But now I understand.
My heart has been shattered and I know depression.
I know what it feels like to not be able to eat or sleep.
I know that nobody can say or do anything to help,
Except maybe the one you love.
Sometimes.

I know what its like to have a great family and friends,
But nobody to talk to.
I know what its like to be a priviledged individual,
But still feel empty.
I know what its like to have everything I need, plus more,
But it still isn't enough.

I finally understand what its like to be depressed and suicidal.
And it *****.
My heart goes out to everyone in the same position.
And I hope we can all get out of this whole.

And for those who don't understand depression,
Just know that its not your fault we can't be helped,
Because nothing helps.

We might seem ok,
Because that's the show that we put on everyday
So others won't know.

We just need you to be there for us.
Not to do anything except be there.
not a great poem but im not a poet so what do you expect.

The warm caress
The cold kiss
The hurried breaths
The bite of the steel
The red beads
The filling pain
The words unspoken
The way in or
The way out....
Why did I choose this?
