LOVE has conquered
I am Kevin's broken man
my army no longer
my land lost
my soul eaten
I retreat to the mountains
no power and no food
my love lost forever
stolen treasure
no calls returned
vacant lips
empty dwellings
my heart destroyed
man down

LONG before he was born with hope
playing on coasters in the sun
a childhood of adventure and light

his best friend passed
his life in question
his reason lost

haircut bad
wearing pajamas to work
not bathing
and never the same

the lost man
shirt too tight
life not bright
lost in the tide
depression

Adults not too fun
serious and dark
live small and closing
choking the life from the cell
no where to turn maybe a cigarette
or liquid dreams but no where good

God is gone and no light
leaving the world blast off

crazy holding
logic gone
life ebbing
living is anger
til the end

....starting slow
sinking feeling in my stomach.
losing air.
midweek and not a lot of gas.
need to start ...need to start the day.

love life, love love
love to breathe.
i need simple things today.

***, food , love, air.

THE day began as many before, the normal fog rolling through my mind.

hiding feelings, scampering evil hiding.......

BUT then mid day the sun slowly lifted up over my head and I was basking in the potential of the me and the day.

alive . finally alive. born as myself...finally.

a faint whisper
color and smell
your thought
you know me
you smile
your lips perfect
your skin without speaking
i see you through the vapor of thought
if only in my dreams

From all that glitters,
that shines from the heart.
The sliver of hope glistening in the deep.
The pretty things that make sense as life ticks through eternity.

The finite and infinite with me, within you.
The soul separate from the clawing self.
Look deep within, I am ok as you,
that runs deep, you know?

The journey to the soul, a long trip within the eternity.
To find me, to find you, to find peace.

The man in his revelation prostrates

YOU in Your smiling sharpness
pin point colors of hope
Your soft pull of the inviting
sensitive showing
lining Yourself up

Your singular hidden
forever he thinks but blinded
Your fronted beauty
lips stun him
a whisper writhing
line of Your thighs hold
his decent

hell he chooses like an addict chooses the needle
slithering you devour him
a life ending trapped and swallowed.
