She weeps not for the shore
As distance creates a shadow
She embraces the current
Becoming the wave
And gently pushes her sea home

She chases not the sun
As the day is put to rest
She is the moonlight
That cradles the stars
Tightly to her *******

She yearns not
Her pain-streaked tears
That fall below her feet
She is the soil beneath her toes
Her pain now colors the tree

She worries not
The flowers' bloom
Or the leaves that fall like rain
She is the wind
That will kiss the ground
And sweep it all away
Surely
The day will be light
Darkness will be night
The wind will blow
While rivers flow
The sun will glow
As night creatures lay low
Why trouble incessantly
With what happens tomorrow
As long as earth remains earthly
All will come and go

i brought to you a leaf,
the last green leaf of summer.
hidden small within my hand,
before the trees went under.

i brought to you a leaf,
the last green leaf of summer.
keep it near, watch it close,
it will not last forever.

17 years of bad luck and counting,
I find myself walking underneath ladders,
Black cats tend to cross my path,
Mirrors crack in my wake,
The reaper and I are close relatives,
See each other on holidays or birthdays
or unsuspected thursdays,
This has made me a corpse of myself
No longer afraid of commitment
but of myself, this fear of losing you
This pain of up all night rejecting all of my insides,
Flushing feelings like dead aquatics,
I care for you too much to see you hurt

isn't it amazing how time flies by us
day to day we see the same person in the mirror
and those around us haven't changed either
but when you look back a year from today
you really see just how much damage or good
365 days
8760 hours
525,600 minutes
or 31,536,000 seconds
can do to a person

Did you ever hear the tale of the loneliest cigarette?
Bringing short term pleasure to just one man, while simultaneously burning herself away into oblivion, she is selfless.
He'll soon kick her to the kerb and stamp out her embers which she offered to him because it's what she thought he wanted.
When she is gone, he will take another.
*And she will be useless. Lifeless. Unwanted. Replaceable.

We'll smile for the camera
Smile for the picture,
Then why won't we smile
When we see our reflection?
We'll held our cups up
And scream 'cheers' together
But we are not cheering,
We are actually trying
To clear up our conscience.
We'll discuss about ***
Like we are the masters
But the truth is,
We are still not over
Our last ex.
We act so precocious
To start the next stage
But we are not conscious yet
To leave this stage.
We should stop expecting
To do what we see
We are still on time
To change
What others will see.
